I filed a loan modification request on XXXX, XXXX and have been given the run around since then with no resolution. Meanwhile during this process I have made no payments and I was behind to begin with so now I am a year in arrears, no resolution, I contact XXXX XXXX the processor and she tells me she notified upper management with no resolution.
