On XX/XX/XXXX I signed up for this service based on seeing some videos on XXXX and reviewing customer feedback.
By XX/XX/XXXX I had had my initial consultation with the agency. Upon the time the call was set to start no one reached out. XXXX, a supervisor who is no longer with the company for deleting data and defrauding customers per the CEO, was let go and has charges pressed against him.
XXXX never submitted my data, deleted my data, and every time I called in over the last 90 days I was told to just call back and they would review it and set up another consultation. I was lied to every step of the way.
Last week, I called in to file a complaint with the company, and spoke to the Director XXXX, who promised me that my data was submitted and they had it in their systems, and would scan it and email it over to me the following morning. He never did.
I ended up writing XXXX on XXXX and XXXX to explain the situation. He was able to call me the next day and express his deepest apologies for the absolutely horrible service, advised me on the ongoing charges and why he fired XXXX. He promised to make things right and personally handle my claim. He advised he would follow up the next day, and never did. I called in, and was told he would call me the following day. He never did. I sent several emails to him, no reply. On friday, XX/XX/XXXX I was told I would get a phone call from him today, I advised I would be filing a lawsuit and passing this on to my Attorney XXXX XXXX. He followed up again over XXXX to advise he would be in contact with me on Monday, today XX/XX/XXXX. He never called.
I called in to speak with him and got XXXX, the XXXX who told me to file a lawsuit.
This company needs to be investigated for fraud and mishandling of personal information. Will be filing a complaint with the Texas AG as well.
XXXX, you had every chance to make this right, and I am sorry you didn't follow through with your word. I told you several times I did not want to go this route.

Called United funding logistics On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Spoke with CEO XXXX XXXX I had explained my situation and other companies that I have tried and nothing was done, XXXX XXXX promised me his company will get it done in a timely manner.
XXXX XXXX assured me I would not be treated tye same and would get my problems resolved and jot to pay off any debit not to do any negotiations send everything through there office in which I have.
No lawsuit has been filed against XXXX XXXX.
Nothing has been removed other than what ai have disputed, I have calledthe bureaus and asked how many hard copy disputes they have received in my name 1 from all 3 bureaus the rest have been done on line by me.
I have called left multiple messages 1 returned call from XXXX stating she will personally hand this to XXXX XXXX.
No call back nothing done and the promise I was given was recorded, I want what I was told would be done in a timely manner.its been 8 months and nothing has been completed by this Company.
I would have already been done with a bank rupt proceeding and was Instructed do not do that we will get this fixed.
I could have paid some of these off even though these belong to exwife and no validation has ever been done of zny debit in my name other than 100 % satisfied accounts.
Always a excuse as to why nothing g is done but is on XXXX XXXX advertising his business and they are signing up by the thousands while the ones before get left behind.
Let 's resolve by working together and get it done.

A company known as United Funding Logistics headed by XXXX XXXX, known on XXXX as both UnitedfundingXXXX and on his personal account XXXX, where he routinely makes videos about people 's XXXX. When someone says something he dislikes about his company, he then discusses their XXXX with his XXXX Million followers. He talks about the individual 's credit scores, showing his audience their actual model based scores, discusses collection actions and other negative credit events that the public should not be seeing. He uses this protected information to degrade these people.
Recently, I reviewed his company after 8 months of use. It was not a shining review but was unrelated to seeing him post other people 's XXXX. He responded to my public review with " you're a liar '' and then proceeded to share information about a company attempting to collect from me that can ONLY be obtained or even seen on my credit report that he has access to. It is disgusting behavior. I didn't get in his mailbox and post anything I knew about him ... but this guy does this on repeat. I did not know when I hired his company that this is common practice for him.
This guy is completely unchecked handing out XXXX and making a mockery of FTC guidelines resulting from XXXX and the like. No way is this guy CFPB compliant. Something needs to be done.

This business, who advertises their false services through social media such as XXXX, is nothing more than a scam, deliberately keeping peoples money who need help and not providing the service they promise upon receipt of payment.
When you first call for a consultation, they are very quick to ask for their upfront fee of {$270.00}, and then they ask you to schedule a call to go over your credit issues, but you cant schedule a call until 2-3 months later.
I did just that, expect that when they decided to call me back over 2 months later, I had already solved my credit issue on my own.
I filed a lawsuit against the credit bureaus in which I prevailed and got the fraudulent items removed from my reports.
This company did absolutely nothing more than lie and steal my money, as they have done with every other innocent potential client they have ever tried to have. Their reviews under the XXXX speak for themselves. They scam people and get away with it.
I filed a charge back with my credit card company and this ridiculous company argued that they provided a service which they most definitely did not. Therefore my credit card company inadvertently sided with them, not knowing what the scam they are dealing with.
Their owner, XXXX XXXX XXXX, constantly uploads videos on XXXX bragging about all the money he has deliberately taken from people. This scam of a business must be stopped.

I signed up as a client of United Funding Logistics and had my first meeting to review my credit report. I scheduled a 2nd meeting to continue the conversation and the appointment was rescheduled by UFL and later cancelled all together. About a week later, I received a message stating they had created " letters '' to be sent to the credit bureau.
I have tried multiple times to get in contact with customer service as well as the XXXX XXXX XXXX with no success and no return calls, email, or messages in the client portal.
UFL charged me {$170.00} for the services that were supposed to be a lifetime of protection, but they make it impossible to contact them. I have requested a refund, sent messages that I rescind any authorization I have previously given them to review or send messages on my behalf. To date, I have not received any communication that was true and accurate, and they have not issued me a refund.

I paid XXXX to united funding logistics for credit repair services.
I have been a customer for going on XXXX months. I have yet to receive any response on anything that they have done. I havent received any updates, improvements, removals on credit reports. They claim to be a credit dispute company but they dont dispute any issues unless you pay for another service to provide them with reports. That information isnt told to you up front. They charge a fee then if you dont do leg work to send them all the information they do nothing for you after they take your money

I have made over 20 attempts to resolve this with XXXX XXXX, the CEO of United Funding Logistics, which is a credit repair company. This is the biggest scam of a company there is, there are numerous negative remarks already posted about this company that I did not see, they never return phone calls. They take your money and then you do not hear from them again, they do not follow through with any thing they say they are going to do. He kept claiming he was going to refund the money but never did.
