I previously submitted a complaint against UNITED FIN ( ORIGINAL CREDITOR : 09 XXXX XXXX ). I filed an Identity Theft Report with the FTC. I followed the instructions given to me by the FTC. I sent copies to each bureau as well as the creditors instructing them per the FTC to block the accounts that were listed in my identity theft. The instructions went unnoticed and my rights as a consumer under the umbrella of the FCRA requirements for information furnished were violated. The laws that are not being followed in my case are : THEY CANT REPORT INACCURATE INFO. THEY MUST PROMPTLY UPDATE AND CORRECT ANY INACCURATE INFORMATION PREVIOUSLY TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS. THEY CAN'T REPORT ACCOUNTS THAT YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY REPORTED WERE THE RESULT OF IDENTITY THEFT. Dating as far back as XX/XX/21 which was when I had originally filed the FTC report you can see that United Fin never acknowledged the rules and continued to report as if the law did not apply to them. I have included a copy of my credit report that shows that the errors alone in Date Last Active, Date Opened have never been corrected. I understand that a complaint I recently submitted was rejected due to the fact a complaint against this company was previously submitted, but the nature of the violation makes it so the complaint is a new one due to their won ton disregard to the law.

Firstly please let me state that I am a victim of identity theft. I have a current police report on file with XXXX and a federal listing with the FTC VIA XXXX. The alleged debt that I am seeing on my credit report was previously removed, sold or transferred, re-aged and then showed up with this current company 's name but the old debt collector 's address the DAY after I filed my police report with XXXX XXXX Police Department. United Financial Service of XXXX XXXX XXXX has disregarded 2 previous attempts to validate with XXXX certified mail return receipt. They call my cellphone very early in the morning ( XXXX ) and also very late at night XXXX XXXX XXXX. They are harassing my family and friends on their cellphones and also calling my current and former employers. I don't even know what this debt is for and other that this derogatory mark I have 100 % perfect credit.

the United Financial Services sent me a mail says I owe a debt of XXXX to XXXX with another guy name XXXX XXXX. I never rent apartment recently and never been to California because I have been living on a XXXX for a while since I joined XXXX and stationed at XXXX XXXX. I will report to police station for personal identity stolen.
