My husband XXXX XXXX received a loan from Harbor Financial in XX/XX/XXXX. He had just got released from XXXX. He had been XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. He was paying on the loan and he stopped when he stopped working odd jobs because of his heart. XXXX XXXX who is the manager at Harbor Financial told Mr XXXX that he could just start bringing any amount on the payment and she would put it in an
envelop until a full payment is reached. When he informed her that he had some money to bring she told him that she could not except the partial payment she had to have the whole payment. So after that, she started callling my cellphone from her cell phone and texting me about the payment. She had one of her workers call named XXXX trying to find out my job and said they were going to garnish my wages. I did not sign for the loan nor have any thing to do with the loan. I am tired of her calling my cellphone from her personal phone and texting me about the loan that he should not have received because he had just gotten out of XXXX.

I haven't been working because I have been sick from XXXX. I told the manager and her assistant that I haven't been able to go back to work yet. So on XX/XX/2022 XXXX of the ladies called my cell phone from her cell phone telling me that I need to make a payment immediately and I told her I was not working because of XXXX. I told her she was not supposed to call me from her cell phone because I had the right. After that, on XX/XX/2022 the supervisor called my cellphone from her cellphone and threaten me by telling me if I did not make a payment immediately that she was going to file suit against me. Now she knows that I am not working and know that I am out of work because of XXXX. The supervisor has a very nasty attitude and she is rude. She won't call me from the office phone she is constantly calling me from her cell phone and I want her to stop harassing me. The name of the company she works for is XXXX XXXX in XXXXXXXX XXXX the Supervisor 's name is XXXX XXXX and the assistant that has been calling is name is XXXX XXXX.

I abtain a loan from this company United Credit back in XX/XX/XXXX My home burned down and I lost my job in XX/XX/XXXX so I wasn't able to pay back the loan so they charged it off as bad debt so fast foward to XXXX XXXX I received my anually credit report and noticed United Credit has been pulling a hard inquire of my credit for the past year and something every two month they have pulled it starting XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX,, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX they are trying to ruin my credit I did not arthorize them to pull my credit this is illegal!! I have not heard or spoken to United Credit since XX/XX/XXXX this is not right and is against the law!!

They made me send hundreds of dollars for fees I knew nothing about. Each time telling me it would be the last payment and I would receive my loan. Which never happened. An additional fee popped up every time. And they wanted more money. Almost more money than the loan itself. I have asked for a refund of all the money I sent because I got fired of additional fees popping up. Ive received nothing. They stated I would receive my money via check. I never got it. Called and asked about it they ask for my address as if they were sending it now when it should have been sent. They did this twice. They stop answering my calls. All I want is my refund of the money I sent. It has been about 2 months..

Received flyer in the mail about this company and applied! I was approved quickly for XXXX and needed to make repairs to my lawn tractor so I thought it was great. The company did send XXXX. Immediately after XXXX was taken from my account. The document where completely falsely made because after the signing because now the documents say that the pay back is XXXX for the XXXX. I have emailed the address on websites well as tried to call and have gotten no response. This is the most ridiculous thing I have experienced in my life. I got out of work last XXXX and got behind on the payments, I have since gone back to work and I am trying to get the loan caught up but they will not offer me any kind of assistance and have started to call me every 5 or 10 miuntes every day and have now started to harass my husband and family every few milnutes. its either XXXX or XXXX calling demanding a payment right then. I offered to let them know when I could get a payment in but was told I need to do it right now. I took out a loan with United Credit in 2017. I failed to pay after I lost my job. I was taken to court and agreed to pay {$120.00} because I was told that was the lowest I could pay a month. I called the lawyer that represents them to see how much of a balance I had left. My balance was more than when I started paying. they are charging me an interest rate of 34.5 %. I also received a letter in the mail stating that any property I buy had a lien on it already and I don't own anything.
