This is in regards to case # XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.
At the very beginning of this they said they would not quit calling us because they said it was the primary number my son gave for him. When we spoke to him he stated he never gave our number out. They have lied to us numerous times including telling us that different employees had spoken with us. My answering machine has XXXX XXXX 's name recorded on it and yet XXXX the manager tried to tell us it was a XXXX that spoke with us. They said they are not the company that was involved in this and yet when I called the number they gave and asked them if they were XXXX they replied yes they were.They have continued to harass my daughter and myself. My daughter and I called XX/XX/17 and told them we were recording the call and did record the call requesting a cease and desist fax number and what they needed to process this and were told they do not give this out and will not honor one any way. At the beginning of the call my daughter asked them the name of the company and asked if they were XXXX and told them they were being recorded and they said yes they knew. They verified that they are XXXX and knew they were being recorded and got defensive they ended up hanging up on us. We do not need to be harassed by creditors and the information that they have shared with us should have been private information.

I was contacted at work this morning by a clamming to have a certified envelope for me and he wanted to not serve me at work. I told him I could meet him in the lobby, but then he said he was not on he premises but for me to call the toll free number to pick up the envelope locally that once a called I wo n't be served at the office. I called the number and was told that there was no envelope to pick up in XXXX where I work or in XXXX where I live. That the man who called did not work for United Compliance Services. That makes no sense since he is the person who gave me the number to call.The woman then said I would be garnished for a pay day loan, that I was already garnished for in full fin 2013. I told her she had the wrong information and she said that everything was already verified and that if I did n't agree to pay her {$350.00} immediately I would be jailed and garnished again. I told her that I was not agreeing to anything that was not in writing since she had the wrong information. I was not paying the debt XXXX. She said had no choice but to send the garnishment to my employer and then hung up.
This is really a problem for me since I have already paid this to the original place XXXX XXXX XXXX. There is a mix up, and I do n't want them to threaten or harass me especially at work.

Calling me daily as well as my family members, who live in XXXX and XXXX, they are even calling persons unrelated to me who are affiliates of my family.
Started XX/XX/2017 Daily my parents, my sisters in XXXX, my brother, my sister in law and mutual friends in common as a family.
My SSN was compromised in the XXXX Breech. So I trust no one on anything right now. The calls are automated and state a case number XXXX and that legal matters related to my SSN need to be addressed or further legal action will be taken.
I've tried to research the number and I see some where it's fraud others where it's not. I do not appreciate my elderly parents and siblings being brought into what ever this maybe.

I called the debt collector asking for their mailing address to send payment. They not only refused, but insulted the way I was talking to them ( accused me of talking in a monotone voice ). The debt collector, XXXX XXXX, said " I sound like a serial killer '', which I am not. I owe them the money, but this debt collector can not disrespect me on the phone. Their phone number is XXXX. This is not acceptable, to me.
