My payments was up to date until I went through terrible hardships and lost everything i had all at once, due to fire, due to death in family, and loosing job.
The agent I first had on my account was XXXX and he was great, he had my account setup to where I wasn't getting behind or going in repo. After he left they forged my account past due and made account go into delinquency Once I had had to come out of pocket {$1400.00} for maintenance car repairs. The same week my payment were due. I asked for a few weeks to get paid and then make payment, they denied me. XXXX XXXX is the name of the agent that yelled and was very rude and disrespectful to me. She did not want me to speak to her supervisor nor was she willing to listen to me as i spoke to her about my situations. She also stated she didn't have to consult wit the other agents about the notes on the account. She refused to accept my payment and she also threatened to repossess my car for no apparent reason.
On XX/XX/23 I paid {$640.00} through the payment portal on my account to bring the account current and out of repo status. I called in again to make sure they received the payment. Once again, I spoke with XXXX and she immediately got rude when she got on the phone. She mispronounced my name and I asked her politely to say my name correctly and she got smart at the mouth and said she don't have to do all that. I asked to see if my payment through to my account. She stated that I still owe {$8.00} and I told her she didn't explain a processing fee to me when we discussed the amount needed for the account, I told her she only stated the amount owed. I also enlightened her I'm not the person who has been paying on my account so I didn't know anything about a processing fee and she didn't explain any fees when we last talked. She stated " I should know about the fee '', even though I told her I didn't. And then she stated she will not allow me to speak with her supervisor and she will instead have my car picked up for {$8.00}. Once I begin to mention my lawyer will be contacting the company corporate office, she hung up in my face.

Whereas on or about XXXX, i entered into a contract with United Auto Acceptances regarding a vehicle. after obtaining this vehicle for about seven months, i then begin receiving phone calls from said party stating that i was behind on Two payments and, my response to them was that their records were incorrect, so i requested for them to provide me with the dates that they claim i've missed. After receiving the information, I then contacted my financial institution for print outs of these transactions that i knew i had made with said party 's with my check card. whereas i then contacted United Auto Acceptance and, advised them of the mistake on their behalf, they listen to me and i thought that was settled. But around 6 months later on or around XXXX i started receiving calls and, alerts from creditors and credit agencies concerning my credit score and, negative item 's on my report, in which this was causing me and my family to be denied of the luxury 's that i have worked so hard for, all because of the evil acts directed towards me. At this time my previous living property was being sold and the property was being remodeled, we were actually living within our vehicles until god answered our prayer. I contacted the credit bureaus submitting disputes to all three major bureaus, it only seemed as if the credit bureau was only concerned with the other party 's complaint and, i never heard anything else, United auto is now claiming that i'm 4 months behind in payments, why would someone be so malicious towards a person that they do not know. i later found out that i was actually being charged a late fee without even knowing, there was know under writing stating that a late fee would automatically charged to me. i agreedied to pay {$200.00} every two weeks ( bi-weekly ), but i found out that the actual fee is {$190.00}. i have all supporting documents that will prove that i owe nothing on this vehicle that show that i am behind on this contract. Even while this pandemic is happening world wide, these people ( united auto acceptance ), do not care.

On XXXX XXXX , XXXX I purchased a vehicle from XXXX XXXX sales in XXXX , GA. I was told buy the sales representatives and from the signs on their building that they were a buy here pay her and all financing would go thru them. Several days after purchasing the vehicle the car began to break down. I tried to exchange the vehicle several times but management would not exchange the vehicle until their mechanics reviewed the vehicle. After I brought the car in to get serviced I still had issues with the vehicle. So on XX/XX/XXXX I retur ned the car to the dealer. I was not told until after I returned the vehicle that they would log it as a repossession and that the car was financed thru a third party. After careful research I have discovered that the dealership and the finance company are the same company. Also, I was told by the sales manager that the ca would not go on m credit because a full deposit was never made and any funds I did pay to them would be for the rental of the car for 10 days. This did not happen. The dealership forged my signature and dates on paperwork for a voluntary repossession when the car was a return so they could keep their commission. The finance company UNITED AUTO ACCEPTANCE s is very aware that this debt is not valid but they continue to pursue this. They have also violated several Georgia laws during this process. Under Georgia state law the lender had to send a certified letter by XX/XX/XXXX stating any balances owed. They did not do this and have on several occasions failed to produce evidence. Please look into this as soon as possible. This company is a predatory lender and is not following the law.

I have attached several changes that XXXX has changed info on my credit reports many times. However, this are still incorrect information and missing information the credit bureaus. I attached from XXXX credit reports and current report, also attached letters to that the acct was not verified with incorrect information. They ( XXXX ) continue to make changes and then on each report and they are mismatch on ever level, as far as, terms, last payment received, major delinquency, first date reported, etc. I gave back the car on XX/XX/XXXX and made the last payment that was agreed upon which posted to account on XX/XX/XXXX. Not in XXXX, there is proof on the XXXX XXXX XXXX sheet. This was a voluntary repo.

On XXXX XXXX, I called United Auto Acceptance Inc. to place a one month deferment on my car loan due to unemployment as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. My payment history with United Auto Acceptance, as of XX/XX/XXXX was current and in good standing. I was notified during my initial call on XX/XX/XXXX, that a United Auto Acceptance customer service representative did not have the authority to place a verbal deferment on the account. I was informed by the customer service representative to contact XXXX XXXX, by email, to request a formal deferment in writing. I sent multiple emails to XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX but I never received a reply to my many emails. Since a deferment wasn't applied to the account, my XX/XX/XXXX payment was reported late to the credit bureaus and I was assessed late fee. I made many attempts to resolve the negative credit reporting issue with United Auto Acceptance but have been unsuccessful. According to the provisions of the CARES Act, I was in my right to request a deferment due to the pandemic and unemployment however United Auto Acceptance was not receptive to my request for deferment. I would like United Auto Acceptance to reverse the 30 day late payment reporting to the credit bureaus and credit back the respective late fees to my account.

2013 XXXX insurance paid off the total damaged vehicle. A representative called and said I had a balance that the insurance did not cover, she began to say if I don't pay It, then it would be reported on my credit as a repo, and damage my credit. I told her I shouldn't have to pay when the insurance paid the vehicle off. So with her saying they will report to my credit I said I can make payments. The company never sent me nothing in the mail of a balance or payments made. I explained to her I need something in writing before I can continue to send my money, as promised I didn't get it. So I looked on credit karma and behold its on my report of {$1300.00} showing charged off, bad debt, repo. I disputed then the balance change with payments made here and there up until this year which is a lie. I never heard from this people or received any documentations. I brought a car from XXXX cars. It turn out to be a lemon. XXXX went out twice. The first time they came they fixed it. Not even a week later something went wrong with it again and they refused to pay. I told them to come get the car on XX/XX/2014. I have contacted the collection 's company, United Auto Acceptance, to set up an online account to see my official receipts. The company has stated that there is no online website, over the phone, but they actually do. I have made payments from, XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, without ever seeing the official receipts or current balance. My XXXX as well as myself have expressed that I need to see the receipts. I have looked online to see customer reviews and they are all the same. The company does not help the customers that are in need of assistance.
