This company is reporting NEGATIVE and INVALID information on my credit report and is severely affecting my credit score. The account information that this company is providing can not be proven because they do not have the original signed document saying that I owe them a debt which is A direct violation of my CIVIL RIGHTS according to the FCRA section 609. This company must remove their account from my credit reports immediately and permanently. A DELETION OF THIS ACCOUNT FROM MY CREDIT REPORT IS A FAIR RESOLUTION. Please be advised I have requested validation { not verification } of an item reported to you by the above original creditor/collection agency. I have received a response that does not indicate or prove : 1. I had this service. 2. What services I am being charged for. 3. What the cost of each service I am being charged for. A response with a bill is NOT evidence of proof that the debt is mine. Anyone can open an account under my name for which a bill is produced, but that doesn't mean it was actually me or that the debt is actually mine. I need real evidence. This evidence consists of a contract from the original creditor or some agreement bearing MY written signature agreeing to pay the debt. In the absence of this evidence I ask you to please remove this account from my credit report. I will proceed with legal action as prescribed by law against the above-named original creditor/collection agency. Should this item not be deleted within the required time allowed by law I will seek every legal remedy available to me and file suit against the credit bureau responsible for reporting this violation. I urge you to take this extremely seriously as I have documented my case without error. I encourage a response from you expeditiously.

I received a {$650.00} bill on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and a {$210.00} bill on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was unable to pay when due so they were turned over to Union Credit Corporation XXXX, GA. Union Credit Corporation opened XXXX individual collection accounts that appear on my credit report, when they should have only opened XXXX collection accounts. The debt was been paid in full on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. My Experian report dated XXXX/XXXX/XXXX still shows XXXX open collection accounts with a balance of NaN. I am attaching a copy of the XXXX bills, the pages of my credit report reflecting that XXXX collection accounts were opened and reflecting the XXXX open collection accounts. I am also attaching a complaint that I filed with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX regarding my horrible experience with Union Credit Corporation. The complaint that I filed with XXXX XXXX XXXX should outline why I am unable to professionally deal with Union Credit Corporation. Please note that I do see XXXX complaints have been filed in the past against Union Credit Corporation with the XXXX from other consumers.

Union credit is making a second attempt to collect on a debt that is not mine, Union alleged that the debt is from a hospital I explain to the rep it is not my debt She was rude, kept calling back from different numbers proof enclosed I want an itemized list of the debt that they allege is mine I tried to explain to the rep that I am fully insured so the debt is not mine I reported them here. Which they are under another name, which should be illegal now their name is Union credit. When I reported them here they remove the debt a few months later they put the debt back only under a new name They have repeatedly harass me on my cell phone calling day in and day out when they were told to stop, letters were returned to them at the same address as their first business name this Union credit is a new name but same people I feel this company is shady and taking advantage of the community

I recently was denied credit due to a utility lien and medical bill. The utility lien was {$140.00} and the medical bill was for {$1100.00}. Union Credit Corporation is negatively reporting utility liens and medical collections that do not belong to me. I filed a police report with the XXXX Police Department. Identity theft report # XXXX and Report # XXXX with investigator XXXX. I have been a resident of XXXX Tn since 2008. I was a victim of identity theft and I do n't owe these debts and I would like these items removed from my report immediately.

on XX/XX/22 I summitted a hipaa violation to Union Credit for 4 previous accounts that were on my XXXX credit report. On XX/XX/22 I submitted a separate complaint in regard to another account that's reporting from this company. ( I received a message saying answered last week ) the attached document with this complaint is a new violation letter mention the desired account to be removed from my credit profile. I would like this account to be removed form my profile immediately. thanks for the cooperation.

Union Credit Corporation has repeatedly re-aged a old debt and the incorrect information is having a negative affect on my credit report. The company mentioned above has changed the open date on the account on several occasions. I have my old credit reports to prove this unlawful act. The company states that the account was obtained XXXX XXXX, XXXX. And las reported XXXX XXXX, XXXX. In the amount of XXXX. Which is incorrect.

There are a few accounts that reflected on my credit from a company Union Credit / XXXX, I wasn't informed It was owed until it was reflected on my credit file. I have insurance and as soon as I saw it appear I took care of it. I feel it is wrong to have such accounts listed on a consumer 's credit file without even knowing it was owed. Please help I am requesting it be removed

Hey, you are not taking this seriously. I sent multiple disputes in regards to these issue. Don't force me to believe that your report is accurate. Technically, the report is incomplete and unverifiable. I gave you enough time to prepare all the documents to prove this on me but you've failed. You are now demandedby the law to remove this inaccuracy from myb credit.
