XXXX 2015 my husband went to Unifour Financial Services, ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NC XXXX ; XXXX ) car lot to seek and find a vehicle. After care review, they were able to put him in a Nissan, Altima. At that time, I had the understanding that they were using my credit score to allow him to purchase the car, not a co-signer. He put {$500.00} down as a down payment. Moving forward to XXXX 2015, I applied for a personal loan with my bank, they informed me I was a co-signer on a vehicle, and they could not provide me with the maximum loan amount that I was requesting. My bank also stated the interest rate on this car loan ( Unifour ) was concerning and we should seek legal counsel. XXXX XXXX, 2015 at XXXX XXXX I contact the loan company ( Unifour ) about the loan practices, about being on the loan, and informing them that my husband and I were separated ; how does the buried of the loan fall on me and how do I remove my name because we are no longer together. XXXX stated there was nothing she could do but update the loan to reflect out separation. I contact an outside source who informed me that some illegal practices may have happened upon receiving this loan. I called back on XXXX XXXX, 2015 at XXXX and spoke to XXXX and XXXX XXXX who stated they understood but because they are a small company, they can not remove me from the loan and would not investigate any illegal practices that occurred in XXXX 2015. I mentioned that my soon to be ex-husband has been paying on the loan for a consistence nine months and she stated oh well. I explained to her that we were legal separated, going through a divorce ; it was the matter of removing my name from the loan without refinancing, they stated no once again because they were a small company. Later that day, my soon to be ex-husband called to agree that he wanted my name removed from the loan and he too got know where.

I purchased a XXXX from XXXX out of XXXX nc they financed the truck at Unifour Financial which owns XXXX, seems like a monopoly.
The truck value was {$4700.00} but after financing it the total cost is {$16000.00} about {$11000.00} more than the truck value.
They financed it in my name but since they could n't verify my income they had my Mother co sign, my interest rate was 27 % and after my Mother co sign the interest rate remained the same but it should have been around 7 or 8 % because her credit score at the time was XXXX.
Consumer fraud was committed on behalf of XXXX and unifour financial because they hid problems about the truck which they knew about, like they purchased the truck from an insurance auto salvage auction in XXXX NC But failed to tell me. they failed to tell me they touch up paint and sprayed a thin layer of clear coat on the truck just good enough to sell which the clear coat and paint came off within a week of purchase. the driver and passenger floor board has rusted holes in which they hid by placing vinyl flooring over it. the steering column collar has bolts missing in which the collar is hanging down. the ignition switch wo n't work sometimes. the passenger door can not be unlocked from the outside. the transmission torque converter is slipping since day XXXX. Unifour financial wo n't work with me on anything, they do n't do deferments, they do n't refinance, nothing will they do, XXXX has had all these issues presented to them numerous time but they have always ignored me. consumer fraud has been committed by both businesses

I had a vehicle loan with unifour financial and re financed it with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and the payoff for unifour was received late ( XX/XX/XXXX.
Unifour not only reported 30 days late but also reported a delinquent balance {$15000.00}. This is not correct and XXXX XXXX refuses to correct the information reported as being accurate.the information IS NOT correct and should be corrected immediately as I have photos of my credit reports and emails in which she says she will not change it.I will not settle for anything less than the correction on my credit file and my wifes credit file showing it as paid in full on time.
