Unified Lending Inc. located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX, XXXX XXXX UT XXXX, sent an advertisement to me which was intentionally designed to look like it came from my mortgage lender. The flyer references my lender and my account number in bold type, which is confusing to consumers and deceptive. This type of advertising is specifically prohibited by Regulation N 1014.3 ( o ) " The source of any commercial communication, including but not limited to misrepresentations that a commercial communication is made by or on behalf of the consumer 's current mortgage lender or servicer ; ''. The advertisement also violates UDAAP. I have attached the advertisement and strongly suggest that this type of marketing by Unified Lending Inc. immediately cease.
