This account will be listed as a direct refusal to cooperate if suitable arrangements are not made. A decision will be made on your behalf and may also reflect as derogatory on your Credit Report. The issuer does reserve the right to litigate on this account via the contract you have signed. We are willing to work with you if you are unable to pay the balance in full if your account is approved for hardship. Regards, Unified Global Solutions, LLC XXXX XXXX They said that they have contacted me several times, but this was the first time I was contacted. I replied to their email stating I was like to see if I can qualify for a hardship. They called me, left a voice mail, about setting up a hardship. I emailed them back asking them to please MAIL me information about their company and my XXXX XXXX account. They replied and said that I could contact XXXX XXXX to ask for that information and that XXXX XXXX would tell me who the gave my account to, to collect the debt. XXXX XXXX states that Structed Settlement is who should have my account.
I've emailed them 3 times since then, asking for more information and that a debt validation letter please be mailed to me, but I have not received anything.
A women has been calling me, leaving voice mails, her name is XXXX XXXX, but she doesn't say what company she it with, but she does reference the hardship I asked about in her messages. She has also called family members and left messages saying she is going to file paper work at the courthouse if I don't respond. The number she wants me to call is XXXX.
All I want is for them to mail me a debt validation notice so I know this is a legitimate debt collector before I pay anyone any money.
