All of them best describe this company. Unified Global Group XXXX XXXX. XXXX woman by the name of XXXX and XXXX use threats and insults instead of verifying they are representing a legitimate business. I asked for things in writing they said '' pay your bills. You know what this is. " They never correctly could identify the original creditor. States I owed XXXX XXXX. and thats all the information they could give me. I never opened a credit card with this company and tried to contact this company to find out they bellied up due to fraud and lawsuits. I asked on first call from them to send something in writing and who and where they were calling from. They would not reveal any information on anything but contentiously say I need to pay my bills. When i ask for specific information on them they repeatedly hang up in my face. Minutes later an automated call back to my phone. I asked them to stop calling its harassment and they say we will keep calling you till you pay your bills. I own a business and one of the woman ( XXXX ) stated " do n't you own a business you cant pay your bills '' as if she looked me up.Calling my sister threatening that if they do n't get in touch with me they will continue to call her. Making statement about legal documents over the phone. Asking for personal information but not revealing the city and state they are calling from. calling from a local number which leads to an XXXX number. Throwiing slander " are u calling off your obama phone '' you cant pay our bills. we can talk when you will pay this bill '' Automated phone calls back to back at my employment and cell phone.

I was contacted by XXXX XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/2015 inreguards to payday loan. man told me I had XXXX options to pay debt back. due to me unable to pay settlement on that date. I set up arrangement for XXXX payments of {$270.00}. I contact company today XXXX to see if I could be offered a settlement. after speaking with XXXX ( direct supervisor ) I was belittled and he then slammed phone on me. I called back and spoke with a XXXX XXXX who infmd me I am unable to do the settlement of {$320.00} that was offered to me before. I called again to get company information and was hung up on. I contacted again to get payments removed and man refused and hung up on me. I have already filed complaint on XXXX, and will be contacting a consumer rights attorney for FDCPA violations as well

I had an account with XXXX XXXX back in 2012. This company called Global put money in my account that I did not authorize them to do. When I went to my bank to ask about the deposit I told them I did not authorize this and they sent the money back to the company. They started calling last week and when I did n't call them back they look ed up my mothers name and contacted her illegally. When I confronted them about this they lied and said they did not look up my mother 's number. I have told them not to contact me again or I will file harassment charges against them but they continue to call and harass me.

They called saying the loan I had applied for was accepted. Due to my good behavior of paying debts/bills on time, no criminal history, and I was awarded this money as a grant and I would not have to pay this back. The number associated with this was ( XXXX ) XXXX and ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX was the name given. You could hear a lot of people in the background so it did sound like a call center.

I received several calls from a company called Unified Global on a debt I believe to be payroll advance but I am unsure. A XXXX XXXX said this was my last chance to settle debt or he would tale me to county court. He was talking in intimidating manor and several vailed subtle threats about garnishing wages etc however i am filing for XXXX and have no job. He left message on my phone.
