Unbanked ( UNBNK ) ran a promotion for a bonus payout of {$150.00} worth of UNBNK upon spending XXXX XXXXXXXX by XX/XX/2022. I completed the requirements and Unbanked is refusing to payout the {$150.00} bonus to me. Please find proof of my claim, attached. Unbanked has made false assurances claiming that I would qualify for this promotional bonus as there were ample spots left and that I would make it in time without any issues, whatsoever. Then they stalled paying me out and turned their story around saying that I was not eligible. This is immoral and unethical customer service. Unbanked needs to recognize that over-promising is wrong and they need take responsibility for their mistake by honoring the payout to me.

XXXX XXXX ran a debit card called Unbanked ( unbanked.com ), which claimed to be a SEC-regulated platform that bridges traditional banks with crypto.
However, their debit card in the US has ceased to exist. It doesn't work! Now, instead of giving people a refund on the balance they have on their debit cards, Unbanked/XXXX is charging a 2 % fee to withdraw this asset.
