I understand that there is a balance with XXXX XXXX regarding my company account. I had lost contact with them regarding this, and they submitted the balance over t o US Impact Inc. When XXXX XXXX from US Impact reached me the first time, the call went fine, up until the very last few moments where she started to get rude and made a rude comment. This was the first issue. She proceeded to reach the manager of m y company and was rude and threatening to her. I contacted XXXX XXXX abou t the issue, they confirmed that US Impact was in fa ct who they sent the bill to. They gave me the contact information for XXXX . XXXX XXXX has been very nice and communicative on the phone. I am MORE THAN HAPPY to deal with them directly as I do not want to further jeopardize my relationship with them. However, for this particular bill, they are at a standstill since it has already gone t o US Impact. My concern is that XXXX fro m US Impact Inc has violated several rules. I 've asked her not to call my cell phone during business hours, and she proceeds to. Today when I had a moment to answer, she straight out LIED about any agreement between XXXX XXXX XXXX and US Impact. She sta ted that the manager o f XXXX XXXX XXXX confirmed with her that there was an agreement fo r 3 payments. This was NOT the case, nothing was agreed upon. She was EXTREMELY rude to me, and then wh en she called XXXX ( the manager ), she was rude to her, lied to her as well, and was harassing on the phone.
I understand the need to collect on a debt, but being threatening, rude, and uncooperative does not solve anything. XXXX XXXX XXXX Acc ounts Receivable de partment has been extremely nice about it, b ut US Impact has gone above and beyond being cooperative.
