I got a Car Loan on XX/XX/XXXX for a XXXX XXXX XXXX through XXXX XXXX XXXX, on XXXX ( car dealer ) where they enrolled me with XXXX by US Equity Advantage , Inc. for a service to get charged biweekly for my monthly car payment and theyll take care of send the complete amount to XXXX after I paid them biweekly. On XXXX they never mentioned about ANY type of fee that I need to pay to get this service, they just said that is a company that they work with and they use to offer this option to some customers I never even sign any document regarding this service. My monthly payments with XXXX were due on XXXX of every month. I did the first monthly payment directly through XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX ( Corresponding the month of XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX ) XXXX did the next payment ( Corresponding the month of XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX ) charging me the first half on XX/XX/XXXX ( {$230.00} ) and the other half on XX/XX/XXXX ( {$230.00} ) sending the complete monthly payment ( {$460.00} ) on XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX and so on for every month. XXXX you can see a discrepancy of a couple days on some months between the date that XXXX sent the payments and the day that XXXX received the payments but I guess is because some weekends days or holidays but is the same thing, they basically charged me biweekly for the previous month. Ive been with XXXX by US Equity Advantage Inc. for 6 months. I refinance my car with XXXX Bank on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX got the check from XXXX Bank that pay off the total balance of the car loan on XX/XX/XXXX. Now I have a balance due on XX/XX/XXXX for the month of XXXX with XXXX Bank and I have actively my car loan account with them now. On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX to cancel their service, and cancel the next debit that was going to be made the next day because I was expecting that XXXX received the refinance check from XXXX Bank soon so I can pay the month of XXXX directly to the new bank and avoid pay it twice. They said that by their side they cant do that and recommend me to call directly to my bank and have them cancel the automatic payments, so I did. I call XXXX again to double check that everything was ok, and they said yes that the account and service were canceled successfully and I dont owe them anything. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email with a letter from XXXX stating that I owe them {$210.00} that I should submit a payment on the next 30 days other way the account will be forwarded to a third party collection agency, which will be reflect on my credit rating. I immediately call them and they said that amount due correspond to a cancellation service fee occurs and that I need to call the next day because they didnt have the time at that moment to help me. And like I said before I NEVER was mentioned about ANY type of fee for this service. Then I started looking at all my statements, and do the maths and turns out that THEY owe me money, I was charge on XX/XX/XXXX {$230.00} corresponding to the half of the month of XXXX that never were sent to XXXX because I had paid with Exeter until XXXX, I owe to XXXX Bank ( my new finance bank ) the month of XXXX. As well as I realice that for this 6 months of service Ive been charge a fee {$2.00} for every debit, {$4.00} monthly also without my knowledge. I called, sent emails, I spoke with several people and no one can really see what Im talking about, Ive been calling every day since I got the email for the account cancellation, they scheduled follow up call but never call me back, Ive been calling twice every day, they make me send an email with the proofs three time because they said they havent received, they also said the Supervisor named XXXX XXXX is going to call me, he never did. All lies, theyre just avoiding the situation, at this point I just think that they just want to get away with it. They want to let the account be forwarded to a collection company so they can get the money that fraudulently they wants to charge me ( {$210.00} ) and also keep the ( {$230.00} ) corresponding to the half of the month of XXXX without any kind of remorse about how that can affects me. This is a really tricky company after all this happened Ive been searching info about them, reading reviews and a lot of complaints were found, for basically the same reasons, hidden fees, ignoring customers complains, no response, credit scores damaged and many others I really think that this company should be audit by an external department I bet theyll found a lot of inconsistencies and hopefully theyll get a penalty for the damage caused for me and many other people. I would like to get a refund for the hidden fees ( {$31.00} ), the half of the month of XXXX that they never sent ( {$230.00} ) and of course discard the possibility of send my account to a collection company because I dont owe them anything and I dont want that my credit score gets damaged because a fraudulent company. Im looking forward for a soon and successful solution to my case, Ive been ignored for them thats why I have to bring this to your attention, is affecting me and a lot of people. This company is stealing others money and take advantage of its customers! I appreciate your help, thanks! On the attached files youll find screenshot edited by me highlighting the amount that correspond to every month from my bank account, XXXX historical payments, and XXXX historical payments ; also the receipts from XXXX of the biweekly debits made to my bank account, and the receipt for what they sent to XXXX each month, and an excel spreadsheet where you can see together the information from XXXX and XXXX, an original statement downloaded from XXXX directly with all the debits that XXXX did to my bank account thorough XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX and the cancellation letter from XXXX. I hope you can find there all that you need to move forward.

Hello, This is ridiculous and inhumane! I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report this week and I found multiple inaccuracies on my credit report from the 3 major credit bureaus from a collection company that I never have dealt with before. I've attempted several times to ratify the issue with the original creditors and credit bureaus and they still reporting inaccurate, unverifiable information. I have disputed this item with the credit reporting agency and they reported you confirmed the account as valid. I honestly do not believe to ever have any relationship with this collection agency or original creditor. Also there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA laws and regulations. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt as mine. I am writing to request that you please provide the following information : 1. Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter. 2. What is your authorization of law for your collection of information? 3. What is your authorization of law for your collection of this alleged debt? 4. Please evidence your authorization to do business or operate in this state. 5. Please evidence proof of the alleged debt, including the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature. 6. Please provide a complete account history, including any charges added for collection activity. You have 30 days upon receipt of this letter to provide strict proof of contract. In the event you can not provide strict proof of contract, you must cease and desist any and all collection efforts and immediately remove any derogatory information reported to the consumer reporting agencies. In addition, you will need to provide me your agreement, in writing, that you are closing your file, ceasing collecting activity, and deleting all information related to this reference number from any and all credit reports youve furnished the information to. I had purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. AT the time of purchase I enrolled with Autopay Plus for a program that, through bi-monthly payments would pay of my debt quicker. The loan company was XXXX XXXX XXXX weeks ago i received a notice of an outstanding debt owed to Autopay plus dating back to XX/XX/XXXX. I was set up with Autopay for automatic withdrawal bi-monthly. My transaction history shows the following : My first payment was withdrawn by autopay for the month of XX/XX/XXXX was XX/XX/XXXX. My second payment was withdrawn by autopay for the month of XX/XX/XXXX was XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX the debit was reversed. On XX/XX/XXXX funds were disperesed to my account for a home refinance, and payoff of `the XXXX XXXX XXXX A few weeks after I received the title for the vehicle. The check for payoff to XXXX was written out and sent to by the closing attorney. As far as I knew, once I was given the title all outstanding debts were paid off. I never received any notification from XXXX of a missed payment until XX/XX/XXXX. I spoke to the loaner XXXX XXXX no issue. After much digging on my part I had a XXXX way call with my Bank XXXX bank and Autopay. During this call it was shown and stated by XXXX XXXX that neither myself or XXXX XXXX had stopped payment. They proved this by pointing out the transaction history would look different. The only conclusion is that Autopay reversed the payment whether purposely or accidently or that there was a glitch somewhere. Had I been notified in the months after of an error, I had sufficient funds to right this. XXXX years, a year of pandemic, XXXX months out of work, a new job making half the wage I made, I am strapped. I am at a loss on how the blame is solely on me.

The autopay plus program was illegally sold to me as something that would debit my bank account twice a month to accelerate my loan to save money on interest. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau got involved and I received a check for XXXX in XXXX. BUT now that company is trying to do something else, obviously because they had to pay out that money you got us all. I received a text saying if I did not submit a lender statement that they would charge me a dollar a debit. That is XXXX a month. I called the dealership where I purchased my car 4 years ago and they don't know anything about this or even a lender statement. I called XXXX and they said most people just ignore it and pay the XXXX. I asked for a manager to call me and I did receive a call from a man but when I went to return it, it was not to a direct line but to the general one. Hence, I am writing to you. This company did not start this charge until 4 years later and after your agency fined them. Obviously, it is to recoup their money from consumers they are hoping will ignore it as it is a small fee. These small fees become a large amount of money when many consumers are involved. I would appreciate your prompt investigation into this company.

I received an email from XXXX saying I owe {$240.00}. I called and they said it was an error. They sent me another email saying I owe {$77.00}. I called XXXX XXXX where I originally took out the loan and they said that my account was fine and paid in full. XXXX XXXX gave a mailling address to send payment to as : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I did not pay it. But I am concerned that they have my information.

I received a check # XXXX for {$77.00}. Per the letter I was being reimbursed for the enrollment fee. However, after reviewing my paperwork it shows my enrollment fee was actually {$390.00}. See below for a screenshot of my paperwork. I am requesting a check for the full amount
