I have purchased several buy here pay here cars. During the time that I was making payments in a timely manner this was not being report to the bur bureaus, I had XXXX cars repoed due to mechanical issues, I could not afford to make payments, insurance and repairs. when my car was repoed it was immediatley reported to the bureas as bad credit. My questioions is why snt the bureaus was the bureaues notified of my timely payments. This is very poory business pratice is this legal?
I want a seetle for the hardship of incorrect reporting to the XXXX bureaus.
