XXXX XXXX has a service whereby they negotiate better rates from paid services. They indicated that they saved me {XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX That bill only remained low for XXXX XXXX and now its higher than it was prior to their negotiation. It is now {$140.00} a month and before they started their negotiations it was {$130.00} per month. They are charging me XXXX for what they say they saved me when they have not saved me anything. Ive sent numerous emails because theres no telephone number to call and I have received no response. I dont want them to negotiate anything else for me and I would like to get a refund or at least have them stop billing me for something they never saved me.

I download the TrueBill app, and deactivated my account after 2 days. Since then they have taken money out of my personal checking account numerous times adding up to over {$500.00} in charges. I shouldn't have been charged anything, and if anything it should have been a one time small fee ( Under {$7.00} ). There isn't a customer service line. I've tried live chat, with no reply. I've tried social media and activating live chat on social media with no response. I've tried emailing, no response. I'm not sure what else there is left to do.

I contacted Truebill through there online chat box and spoke with concerning being charged for Truebill premium. They said I must provide XXXX email to be refunded which I did. I got a refund through XXXX and then was charged another amount in the amount of {$74.00} in which I never approved of. Little charges from my bank keep coming up in which Im not approving of. I need this company to stop with the charges.
