I am a veteran and am currently in the fiduciary program, my fiduciary uses a service called " True Link Financial '' to send me money periodically. I recently had a declined transaction in the amount of XXXX at XXXX XXXX, however the money was taken from my account and not returned, and True Link refuses to re-release the funds to me, I've spoken to everyone under the sun and have had no success to date. I have even sent confirmation emails of the cancelled transaction to the customer support team at true link. This is the money I fought long and hard to get with my service to this country, I was wounded in action, and for them to treat me like this is completely unacceptable. If you should need any information from me, my name is XXXX XXXX, my email is XXXX, my XXXX is XX/XX/1986, and the card I have on file with True Link has a last XXXX of XXXX, also the last XXXX of my social is XXXX, that should be all they would need but if you need anything else feel free to call me.

I am very concerned about the security of this company being that when I received my new card tried to activate it but in my info to do so it then gave me another person info including all info addresses with apartment numbers everything..this shows that this company doesn't have the required security in place which is required to have but yet they want to charge a service fee for this I am appalled they do not have this in place but charge ppl for service my info could be out there like I heard this young lady info

Nothing happened yet, because I have not activated the card due to excessive fees associated with activating and using it, A pooled trust company, XXXX XXXX XXXX, orders the card for me to pay XXXX related expenses. This card replaced the previous card which had no expenses associated with it. If needed I will file a complaint separately with the state of NY Dept. of Finance & taxes.

I am unable to date any direct action. I contacted the Trust service and she was unable to give me a password re-set link so I can I can change my PW. I am locked out of the account.
