I am writing in response to your recent communication regarding my complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ), Case # XXXX, in which I sought detailed information about the debt allegedly owed to your company. I appreciate your prompt response ; however, I must express my dissatisfaction with the content of your reply. In my previous correspondence, I specifically requested that you provide the following information in accordance with my rights as a consumer under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) : 1. Verification that I am indeed the account holder for SECU Account. 2. Detailed information regarding the original creditor, including their contact information. 3. A complete breakdown of the debt, including the principal amount, interest, fees, and any other charges that contribute to the total amount owed. Also include the initia l debt amount. 4. Copies of any signed agreements or contracts pertaining to this debt with the original creditor. 5. Documentation proving your authorization to collect this debt on behalf of the original creditor. Your response, did not include certain information about the account, did not adequately address my specific requests. The response lacked crucial elements such as the detailed breakdown of the debt, signed agreements, and documentation proving your authorization to collect this debt. It is my right as a consumer, under the FDCPA, to receive a written validation of the debt, including the requested information, within five days of your initial communication with me. Your failure to provide this essential information raises concerns about the validity of the debt and my ability to verify its accuracy. Therefore, I kindly request that you either : 1. Provide the requested information in writing to my current mailing address, as outlined in my initial request and as required by the FDCPA, within the stipulated timeframe. 2. Remove this account from any credit reporting agencies immediately, as it has not been properly validated and reported in compliance with the FCRA. Please be advised that my rights as a consumer are protected under federal law, and I expect your company to comply with these laws accordingly. Failure to do so may result in legal action to address any violations of my rights. I kindly request a response within 30 days from the date of this letter to confirm your course of action. If you fail to provide the requested information or fail to remove this account from my credit report, I will have no choice but to seek legal remedies available to me under the law.

About 6 months ago I talked to a XXXX XXXX from CU Recovery/TriVerity and he told me I could come up with {$1800.00} to pay the lean off. He doesn't work there now anymore and now they are saying I need {$2700.00} to pay the lean off. XXXX XXXX is denying that he said that. All I am trying to do is talk to someone higher up than XXXX XXXX and I haven't been able to. I asked her for proof of what she is saying about what the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX department is saying to me and haven't received any. I'm just trying to talk to someone from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX finance department and she is not letting me do that. I don't even know if what she is doing is legal. I called the company to let them know that I do not have an account with them. There security department was supposed to get in touch with me about the account, but they never did. I recalled XXXX to tell them again and they told me to call XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to get records they supposed to have on me, but they refuse saying there are not allowed to give out the information. I am in the process now of taking steps to get them to leave me along and get this off my credit and see what else is being done in my name. There is an approximately {$200.00} debt that XXXX XXXX XXXX claims that I owe them. I disputed this with XXXX XXXX XXXX as I did not authorize the account to be created. They 'accidentally ' created another account in my name when moving several people off my own account to their own. XXXX XXXX XXXX refused to rectify this. As a result XXXX XXXX XXXX has sent this amount to a collections agency. I disputed this through the credit agency and the information was subsequently removed from my credit report. A few weeks later I have been contacted by a new debt collector for this same debt. The representative contacting me was one XXXX XXXX with Triversity. This individual refused to inform me what the call was regarding or that any information could be used to collect a debt. The individual became irate when I would not verify my identity until I knew who they were and what agency they were with. I did not discovery that Triversity was a debt collection agency until I reverse searched the number in XXXX. In essence, this debt should not be owed, the debt collection strategies are inappropriate, and the matter should of been previously resolved.

I was sent a debt collection letter from TriVerity , Inc. saying I owe {$14000.00}. as of XXXX XXXX. The loan was taken out with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX online XX/XX/21. Their office is in XXXX XXXX, Ga. The statement they sent me showed money being withdrawn as of XX/XX/21. Most of the transactions were NSF fees. I have been speaking with a Dispute Advisor for the collection agency. He told me to file a Police report first. I tried doing that, but I keep getting the " run a around. '' The address that the Credit Union has on file is not my address, neither is the phone number the impersonator has been calling from. They even have voice recordings.
