I received several notices by mail from a company identified as Always Money ( which, in retrospect, coincided with dates I had accepted contract jobs as an XXXX XXXXXXXX ). the final one that came in XX/XX/XXXX which I accepted in the amount of {$2100.00} as a payday loan. I went in person to complete the details in accepting the offer and provide employment verification and repayment arrangements. I was told that the finalized details could not be determined until the loan had been officially extended, and upon completion of the loan agreement I was told that my official first payment was scheduled for the tenth ( 10th ) of the following month and to proceed from there on a by-weekly or monthly basis. I opted for payments to be deducted automatically from my account monthly as a result on the tenth of each month. Problems arose immediately when the first payment was deducted the following month ( XXXX ) on the XXXX ( XXXX ) of XXXX instead of the agreed upon and expected XXXX of the month of XXXX. Since my contracted service compensation was remitted by direct deposit and not available on the XXXX I incurred overdraft fees after the withdrawal was honored and paid to Always Money by my bank. I contacted customer service of Always Money about the issue and was told that payment arrangements were to be made according to a predetermined date of the XXXX ( XXXX ) of each month and was established as the repayment date beyond the control of the loan officer who completed the loan, and not be permanently changed to the XXXX ( XXXX ) of each month as I had requested. I reviewed the details of the loan agreement ( which I had now received by e-mail and saw that the XXXX ( XXXX ) of each month had in fact been established by the loan agreement. I was also told that I could ONLY make payment without penalty on the XXXX XXXX XXXX ) of each month if I called each month prior to the XXXX ( XXXX ) of each month and formerly requested the change. I consented that I understood and for a month or two I made the calls to request the changed due dates and had no issues. However, as if in an effort to further complicate matters, the next payment was deducted ( in XX/XX/XXXX ) on the first ( 1st ) of the following month, which caused my account to be overdrawn and a flow of overdrafts amounting to {$260.00} and an isolated charge from Always Money for {$38.00}, which I have been unable to get an explanation for even after l attempts to file a complaint with the Complaint Department on Always Money ( which I now understand has recently been *bought out* by XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX I have had my bank to issue to me a new Debt Card ( in XX/XX/XXXX ) to change my account information shared with Always Money so they could not receive payments by ACH any longer, and in XX/XX/XXXX I began to make payments by personal check directly to the office when I initially completed the loan agreement. As of XXXX of XXXX, Always Money has been able to gain access to my account and extract the monthly payment prior to my making payment by personal check, even though I have changed my account details which I had given them access to. The terms of the agreement were that I would accept the {$2100.00} loan to be paid in full after a period of six ( 6 ) months at an APR of 156.23 %. Obviously Always Money has made every effort to extend the length of the loan agreement in an effort to ensure that they are able to collect what would amount to {$4500.00} PLUS the original loan amount of {$2100.00}. I would like to add that I have been harassed from the beginning of this loan about making payments early, with multiple calls from employees of Always Money, even before my first payment became due. All this even though had never missed a payment over a period of 11 ( eleven ) months, and when I was able initially to contact them for reasonable explanations for certain discrepancies, I was told in a quote " All I care about is my paycheck ''! Fully frustrated by the conditions of this loan relationship and after contacting the Alabama Attorney General 's Office, I realized that this loan arrangement I am describing falls under the restrictions existing in the State of Alabama where there is a limit of 17 % interest rate ( well exceeded by this loan with Always Money, regardless of their demanded APR repayment rate percentage )

I am writing to file a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX in New York a debt collection agency. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX to let them know that I was mailing a XXXX dollars Cashier 's Check which someone named XXXX at the agency said that it was fine to mail in a Cashier 's Check. When I called I ended up getting the Operator of XXXX XXXX XXXX who then took matters into her own hands. When I explained to her how much money I was sending and that it was a Cashier 's Check, she then went off on me with vulgar language and threatened me with legal action. The Operator of the company then said, " We do n't accept Cashier 's Checks or Money Orders, the only form of payment that we receive are by phone using a debit card or credit card number only! '' Then I went on to explain to the female Operator of XXXX XXXX XXXX that by law any bank can take away a debit card or credit card when it has been abused! And I explained that I do n't have a debit card number or credit card number to give to XXXX XXXX XXXX. She said, " Who told you that you can mail in a Cashier 's Check?! '' I told her someone named XXXX from their company said that I could mail in a Cashier 's Check. The Operator of XXXX XXXX XXXX said, " XXXX had no business telling you that it was okay to mail in a Cashier 's Check! '' Then I told her also after coming from a Bankruptcy which my case was thrown out by the courts I have over XXXX bills to pay, so I will mail in another payment when I can. Then she used vulgar language by using the XXXX word ending in an XXXX, but I will quote what she said by putting blank in the place of the very offensive word she used. The Operator of XXXX XXXX XXXX said, " Do n't think that you can send money any blank time you feel like it! And we do n't accept less than XXXX XXXX dollars and you must be set up on a payment plan with a debit card or credit card! Or you can walk into XXXX XXXX XXXX and deposit the money into our account. '' I told her that there is not a XXXX XXXX XXXX in my area or even in the state that I live in from what I know! Then the Operator of XXXX XXXX XXXX began to argue me down by saying, " There is a XXXX XXXX XXXX in your state! '' The Operator of XXXX XXXX XXXX said, Yes it is! Yes it is! What state do you live in? '' I said, " Alabama! '' Then the XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX said, " Oh! Well you 're going to have to go and retain an attorney! '' I told her that I did not need an attorney. Once again the Operator of XXXX XXXX XXXX said, " You 're going to need an attorney and you are going to prison for not being able to pay Always Money! '' Then I hung up the telephone, since the Operator of XXXX XXXX XXXX upset me real bad.

Took out a personal unsecured small loan to taske are of some medicine that my husband, whom I 'm so very proud of, obtain his pain medications for the month when his XXXX would fill up. Dealt with this. Company before and i should have know better but I went ahead with it bc i did n't know how I was gon na make it for ghe the month anyhow?? So I went back to a loan company that I said I would never deal with again but at that particular time I did n't have a choice. After realizing I had signed that permission paper again I called and made sure that I knew what to do when I needed to stop it any future debits. The loan place hit my bank account on the XXXX of the following month on the XXXX with the due date on XX/XX/XXXX!! So I called the store manager on XX/XX/XXXX and she was really nice over the phone. So I stopped by there to find out what happened and she explained that she had been on vacation that week it happened and she was even kind enough to show me on the form I had signed that I had the right to revoke that authorization by just telling them or writing them. So I XXXX her right there that I no longer have the permission to access my bank account and she said ok and she said she would make sure it would n't happen again. She said she had never taken vacation on the XXXX bc people usually messed something up. So the next month comes due so I get some cash out to pay it due to the fact that they do not accept personal checks, and other forms of payment. So on XX/XX/2016 they hit my account again that ended up costing me an additional XXXX NSF charges that was {$76.00}!! I called the home office and asked to speak with someon n management and a very nice lady named XXXX helped me by taking down my info and my complaints and assured me that her boss would receive an email explaining what happened. On XX/XX/2016 I personally went to my bank and asked for their help and they suggested I rip that debit card up and order a new one. Did they breach the contract by continuing to take unauthorized debits?

I have an installment loan with Always Money in which I pay off on line. The payments are due the XXXX of the month, and II paid the XX/XX/2017 payment on XX/XX/2017 via debit card with a confirmation. I did receive an error message that the balance could not be updated. My bank stated that it cleared on XX/XX/2017 ; however, this store manager keeps calling me -- several phone calls on caller ID which I thought was telemarketing calls. Today, I answered the number and it was this store manager stating that I must pay on my loan because there is no record of my payment for XX/XX/2017 and that I am in default. I, immediately, stated that I should do a fraud alert with my bank because someone within Always Money must have taken it, and he stated no with a condescending-superior attitude. I stated that it was cold in my home -- heat pump problems. He wanted me to go out to the bank and do his research, but I refused. He kept stating that there were several banks in my area and I must go get a printout from the bank. I had just gotten home, my house was cold, recently completed XXXX, and he wants me to go out again driving on these icy roads to fix his problem. He then stated that a missing payment will hurt my credit, and I am thinking " why is he saying this to me '' because I always make my payments online and on time. I explained to him that I, also, have medical issues, and he stated that " you have all kinds of problems. '' I abruptly hung the phone up and tried calling corporate but call went to VM. I then called the XXXX, AL location and the manager there stated that she would research the problem and that it is not up to me to research the problem. This store manager in XXXX, AL is abusive, unprofessional, and not good at keeping records because the payment was made on XX/XX/2017 and cleared my bank on XX/XX/2017. Always Money should not be harassing me and criticizing my medical issues.

A few years ago I applied for a payday loan at Always Money located off of XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, AL. This company went through name change and my last known balance with them was about {$330.00}. Also this company went through management changes so many times that it got to a point where they could n't find my account in the system and that they said I did not owe them a balance anymore. Now, it 's been a litigation office that calls me non stop almost every day about this account stating that I owe them about $ XXXXplus on the account. The name of the company is XXXX that is located off the XXXX XXXX. They would not give me there full address because of privacy reasons. They call from unknown numbers, local numbers and toll free numbers. When I look up their info on the internet it reads Fraud/Spam and the customer reviews says the same thing. A lady named XXXX XXXX from XXXX says that she will have my located on the premises of my job if I do n't pay them. I feel that this company is a spam and I dont want to give them any account information over the phone to pay them. They call me all day every day and if I fail to answer them they will call my sister, aunt, mom and harass them too. That is also embrassing and I dont know how they could possibily had got their phone numbers but we do not have a common name so that may be the reason. Is it true they can come to my job and serve whatever it is? They never verified my place of employment.

Received check in mail from XXXX XXXX for {$800.00}. Before the check could be deposited to my bank I had to call a number to get verification number. to activate check ... .Called, spoke to lady gave her additional information that she ask me about. Deposited check the next day. 2 days later checked my bank and they had had the check returned stating problems with endorsement. Called them, they could not find an answer, talked to my bank, they were confused as to why returned check. Then corporate office calls me and says sorry it was a mistake on our part. Gave no reason why. Then told me I would have to get all this personal information of mine and come to the store and give them all this to get check reissued. And that was the only way. Sounds funny to me. Sounds like that's the way they run their business. Making me have {$1200.00} overdraft with my bank. and now can't pay bills because of this ... I intend on complaining to everyone I can. This was definitely a scam.
