Received a phone call on or around XXXX XXXX , 2017 fro m TSC Associa XXXX claiming to have legal documents that were just attempted to be delivered. I told them I was minutes from home and if the driver was still in the area, to have him return so that I could sign for them. They declined that option and told me about a phone number I had to call to proceed with scheduling the delivery. I looked this up online to check if it was a scam and found that to be true and did not pursue further. Two weeks later, I received another call and told the caller that I was actually home and that no delivery attempt was made. I then told him I knew what was going on and to stop calling. Today, X/X/2017 , I received another call from XXXX and did not answer, but a voicemail was left stating that I had XXXX hours to respond or that they would assume I acknowledge the information was accurate and they would deliver the documents. My mother, father, brother-in-law, and sister were all called in succession from this company and they claimed I listed each of them as an emergency contact in pursuit of finding out my information. This was also false. I do not know how they obtained my information and my families information.

The company called my phone from XXXX and proceeded to tell me I owe a debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX I informed them that I have a paid in full letter and that I need their email address. I tried to send the letter by email and it came back as not a valid email XXXX The lady threatened at that time that if I don't pay it will go on my credit report and legal action will be taken.

They are calling my parents threatening them with collection of my " unsettled '' debt, and faxed my place of work. They never tried to contact me. This debt has been settled. It was settled in 2009.
