Sharing of information is the best description but third party about my debt is what I checked cause none of the descriptions was mine. I 'm calling about : I spoke to XXXX on XX/XX/2017 about a hospital bill for my son at XXXX Hospital. I made payment, which I had no problem with. My complaint about XXXX is he asked me about other family member bills under my address. One was for my daughter " an XXXX '' bill and another was for a XXXX " some collection bill he has with that agency ''. I told him I 'm not calling to discuss anyone else 's bills just the account that I 'm calling for. He had no business asking me about someone else 's bill/account at the address that I 'm at. When I asked him why are you asking me about their bills he said because they are listed at the same address. I do believe he just broke some type of privacy law. What if my daughter never wanted me to know she went to the XXXX or that she has bills in collections??!! That was totally unprofessional of him to ask me about someone else 's bills!!!! I called back today to talk to his manager to give a complaint but the receptionist said she could only put me through to him and then he would transfer me to his manager. How am I to know that the person he would be transferring me to is really his manager???!!! And then I thought she was transferring me to a manager after I complained to her and SHE transferred me to him anyway!!! I hung up on him and now I am writing you this complaint. Do n't know what could be done about this but certainly there was a law broken asking me about someone else 's accounts!!

I received a bill from XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX trying to resolve this matter, he offered a settlement in the amount of {$380.00} from the original balance of {$480.00}, I advised XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX that I was in contact with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) XXXX XXXX who should have received my application regarding this bill back in XXXX, I went to XXXX XXXX hospital directly today and drop off my application regarding this account for their financial assistance and XXXX XXXX still insisted me paying the {$380.00} discount price and he ignored the fact that XXXX accepted my financial assistance application and threaten to keep my account in collections instead of reaching out to XXXX to verify the information regarding my account. XXXX XXXX would have not taking my applications if they were not will to work with me regarding this. XXXX XXXX was so insisted on me paying {$380.00} instead of contacting XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX billing department put a note on my account stating I dropped off all the necessary paperwork regarding my account so the can see if I qualify for assistance, if not I will make payment arrangements with XXXX where the bill is from

On XX/XX/XXXX I received an X-ray from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for a post-op visit my neurosurgeon for XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and a XXXX performed on XX/XX/XXXX in the same hospital. I did not receive a GFE for services and there were not any Consumer protection notices displayed. The hospital sold my debt to Trans-Continental Credit & Collections with whom Ive been in contact with. Their address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX. Ph # XXXX or toll free XXXX. I was offered 1/2 off the {$440.00} balance but was required to pay immediately cover the phone. I am uncomfortable without having a revised statement for my records reflecting {$220.00} and paying by phone. I am trying to resolve the matter but they hang up the phone the 2X I have called.

I have made several attempts in trying to remove accounts, addresses, collections showing balances but closed, accounts showing late payments and are closed or charged off. Ive sent letters in the last 60 days to each collection on my reports asking for removal due to inaccuracy. Ive attempted but by phone and filing disputes online as well. And lastly, medical collections are not be removed or even disputed without less than 5 days turn around trying to validate information but nothing being provided showing proof. And businesses are running credit checks on my credit that I havent even applied for

I received a notice from transcontinental regarding a bill for {$480.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX for date of service XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I have been in contact with XXXX XXXX XXXX and applied for financial help with them with their financial aid department, I also recently received this same notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX for the same amount and they too was aware I applied for financial help with XXXX XXXX XXXX department so I dont know why I am receiving double billing XXXX from 2 collections department when I have been in contact with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Somewhere along the line someone is not communicating.

XXXX is the company that is handling my student loan.
They have repeatedly and constantly are making phone calls, emails, and leaving messages on my phone. I had filed a compliant about this before, but there has been no relief.
This company has been reporting balances to the credit bureaus, and of course there is a halt on all student loans due to the pandemic.
This company has purposely lowered my credit scores.
