I have two inaccurate accounts on my credit report for TPLS Inc. The dealership name is Auto Master, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, FL XXXX, and their phone number is XXXX. I voluntary surrendered both vehicles with the company in XXXX. One vehicle I was a co-signer for and the other was solely in my name. This company decided to report these account after I surrendered the vehicle and they also included false information. I surrendered both vehicles however they placed on my credit that I was still making payments on the after the vehicles were in their possession. This is for false. The open date for these accounts were XX/XX/XXXX which is false because I now longer had these vehicles and I obtained the vehicles in XXXX. Another violation is that they reported late payments which is illegal per ( a ) IN GENERAL Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. Furthermore, the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT 15 USC 1681 ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ) Exclusions from a consumer credit report clearly states : ( 2 ) EXCLUSIONS. Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term consumer report does not include ( A ) Subject to section 1681s-3 of this title, any ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. Also, they do not have my written permission to furnish any information on my credit report. Also, I have attempted to reach out to Auto Master numerous time to request the following information : - My complete file - My written permission given them authority to furnish this information on my credit - Supporting documents and information they are sending to XXXX I called Auto Master on the following days XX/XX/XXXX ( twice ), XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. I continuously being told that the Owner is on vacation and the Manager called out sick and these are the only two that can print my file. I have requested a phone call back and never receive on. I have contacted XXXX numerous times because they are the only XXXX furnishing this information on my credit. I have requested this inaccurate information to be deleted numerous time and keep being told that the creditor is verifying that the information is correct. I requested a copy of the investigation on the following days from XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ( twice ), XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX ( twice ), XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX ( twice ), and XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. I finally received a correspondence via mail that simply stated the following " We are currently processing your previously submitted dispute of this account ; we will not be conducting further investigation into this particular account ( s ) at this time. The results of the investigation into your previously submitted dispute will not be sent to you within 30 days of the date in was received by XXXX. '' I have been sending written corresponding for XXXX months requesting this information from XXXX.
