On XXXX and XX/XX/2019 I had two late payment in my auto loan with toyota credit PR. Before that and until now I have always pay on time and I have been responsible. During that time I had a life changing situation that cost me a lot of money. Before and after that I have always pay on time. This two late payment is affecting my credit score big time. Can you please consider removing both late payment on my auto loan? I Have always been a great customer and I will never pay late ever again. I am working on getting another toyota for my son senior graduation and removing both late payments on my loan will help me get approve. Thanks for your help.

This debt collector used unfair, abusive, and misleading tactics, all of which are against the FDCPA. They provided this account, on which neither I nor we could reach agreement. Two parties sign a formal contract, and I was not a party to any of the signings. Additionally, they didn't adhere to the correct five-step validation process, which makes their actions unfair. I am entitled to {$1000.00} under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), and it is obvious that my rights were violated.
