Hello, I bought this car on XX/XX/XXXX not even a week after owning the vehicle it broke down and left me stranded in the middle of a XXXX XXXX highway. I called the bank and car lot explaining what happen and that the car come with warranty and it needed to be fixed. XXXX fuel injectors failed and started a huge gas leak that couldve killed me. The car lot and bank both refused to fix the car or take it back and return my money. Oh yea btw this bank XXXX total auto finance is not a real bank good luck with them ripping you off with money and never getting a response. A bank should not be able to text or call you XXXX hours a day 7 days a week. If they claim theyve offered to fix my car why had it been sitting for 6 months out of the 11 months ive had it? Why did I have to get a lawyer involved and sue for warrant in debt. If yall tried to fix it why did XXXX XXXX me to bring the car to yall? Why when I TOWED THE CAR TO YALL WHICH WAS XXXX and half hours away XXXX XXXX tell me where my car was going or who the mechanic was? Why did yall tell me drop the car and keys and leave immediately and then after I kept asking for my answers yall started to cuss me out and yell at me? I can upload the video because its recorded as well as XXXX witnesses who was standing with me and saw it. Do you wan na bring screenshots of where XXXX forged my name on a new contact with a higher amount and refused to give me a copy? If I signed a paper dont you think I would have a copy? XXXX you think I wouldve remembered the exact amount financed. Funny how youre hiding behind a screen telling lies but yet cant be served with paperwork because no one can find you. Karma is bad and its coming really soon and hard for yall. That car has gotten me hit 2 times and almost passed out behind the wheel because the fuel flames coming through the cars venting system. Lets not forget the car had a salvage title and in the state of Va IT IS ILLEGAL TO SELL A SALVAGE TITLE WITH A CAR without disclosing it or any known issues in the contract. How was my XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX miles listed as XXXX on the website and some how AFTER I bought the car it went up to XXXX? How come I never signed the contract that shows XXXX? Why did I never get a copy that says {$17000.00}? Why havent yall reported my payments Ive made since XXXX of XXXX? I can go on and submit a LOT MORE EVIDENCE against XXXX but XXXX let that lawyer handle that. Dont forget how yall HAD PLASTIC ZIP TIES holding car parts together on this car & how I had to spent almost XXXX dollars on a new motor for the car because XXXX refused to fix the issues wrong even though it was covered under warranty!

I purchased my vehicle, with a pre-approved loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX, from Total Auto Finance in XXXX, Virginia. I tried to set up my account so I could make my payment online, it kept kicking me out. I called Total Auto Finance to discuss the issue, and they informed me that my account was with XXXX and that is who I should be making my payments to. So, I got in touch with XXXX, made my first payment on XX/XX/21, for {$340.00}, it wasn't due till XX/XX/21. I received a phone call from Total Auto Finance on XX/XX/21, stating my payment was late. I explained to them what they had told me originally, sent them the confirmation email I received from XXXX, everything was fine. So I thought. My next payment, I paid to XXXX on XX/XX/21, for the amount of {$340.00}, the day it was due. On XX/XX/21, I received a phone call from Total Auto Finance stating they were going to repossess my vehicle if I didn't make a payment to them. Again, I explained to them what they had originally told me in the beginning. I sent them the confirmation email I received from XXXX. I spoke with someone from XXXX that evening, and they said that Total Auto Finance had purchased the account from them, and any correspondence going forward regarding my account had to be made to them, Total Auto Finance. I had been trying to contact Total Auto Finance through email, phone calls, and text messages, trying to find out what my new account number was, so I could set everything up and make my payment online. They finally called me back yesterday, to tell me to just call them and they could do everything over the phone. I really don't want to do it over the phone, because, at this point, I really have zero trust in this company in their abilities. Today, XX/XX/21, I received a threatening email stating that my insurance on the vehicle had expired, and that was cause for the vehicle to be repossessed. I contacted XXXX XXXX to verify my insurance was still active, and they assured me it was. I just made a payment on XX/XX/21 in the amount of {$180.00}. I sent Total Auto Finance the confirmation email from XXXX XXXX regarding this payment. Total Auto Finance seems to have a real strong desire to repossess my vehicle. I feel the harassment I am receiving is completely unwarranted and unnecessary. Total Auto Finance seems to be a very unprofessional organization. The only emails I receive are threatening to take my vehicle. There is no telling how many other customers they have repossessed vehicles from due to their incompetence. If I mess up on my end, that is one thing, but I will not be treated this way due to the ineptness of their records keeping.

Starting XXXX of XXXX when I bought the car they told me nothing was wrong with it even though the check engine light was on. I was told to call the bank I bought the car through and speak with them about insurance mind you I have full coverage insurance on the car however they told me that I would have to pay for repairs out of pocket even with full coverage and extended warranty on the car. The car has not been driven in 4 months now due to the severe mechanical issues the motor is having its unsafe to drive. The bank has called / email or texted me every day of the month telling me I need to make my car payment. I explained I would be late on a payment and theyd advised me that they couldnt help me anymore because Ive threatened them with a lawyer. However I have asked them and told them along with blocking many numbers and emails from them for the harassment every single day all hours of the day and night. They told me I was 11 days pass due for my payment and said I need to make a payment or they would repossess my car which is illegal my contact says I have to be a full 30 days behind and that I have 72 hours after that to make the outstanding balance or my car would be confiscated. Im not sure what else to do but I advised them to stop the threats and harassment or I would file a lawsuit as the car is in the middle of a lawsuit ( XX/XX/XXXX ) for auto fraud and warrant in debt for my name being forged on a paper I never signed or received and them harassing me nor wanting to fix the car even with insurance or warranty. A bank should not be able to call, message or email me all hours of the day and night from many different numbers or tell me I have to make my payments through XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX. I have tried to arrange something with this bank for lower car payments or refinancing the car as I have had it 10 months and theyve denied me any help. After theyve already threatened to repossess my car 2 times ( I have evidence ) when I want a full 30 days behind.

Account reported as delinquent and repossession with a balance. The vehicle was sold in house by dealer XXXX XXXXTotal Auto Finance after possession, assuming full payment of balance immediately. XXXX failed to provide proper notices after repossession, including notice to sell or balance charges. XXXX offered to remove balance only if another vehicle is purchased with a new loan with creditor and threatened to continue reporting inaccuracies. I have proof of the vehicle being listed/sold on the dealership within XXXX week of surrender and also proof of lender providing inaccurate balance/amount information. In the state of VA, creditor chose to keep vehicle and not send to auction so balance is XXXX. There were many of discrepancies on this account included a gauged price and improper collection violations. Vehicle was surrendered in XX/XX/2022 and to date I have not received any balance letters, final account statements, the REQUIRED notices following the voluntary repo, or any other legal notices regarding this account. Creditor is only willing to offer a new vehicle and loan to resolve the balance. Please delete this account from all credit reporting agencies immediately as consumer rights have been violated.

I just wanted to retrieve my personal property out of the repossessed vehicle. The tow company XXXX XXXX XXXX said that Total Auto finance has a contract with them that states the borrower must pay {$75.00} to get their personal belongings. I was advised by an attorney that I should have been able to get my items at no cost. Both companies refused to let me get my items. I drove over an XXXX XXXX hours to the tow lot just to be told that Total Auto Finance claims they have no knowledge of the policy and the two company saying they can not let me retrieve my items even though I brought the key and my ID upon arrival.

This company listed an account on my credit report that I never had with them. I never had a an account with them nor have i signed any contracts with them at all. They are illegally reporting an account that I did not authorize the opening of. This is identity theft, I have never had any accounts with this company.

I called TOTAL AUTO FINANCE and they stated to me to not send no payments to XXXX XXXX SERVICES. I called XXXX and they told me that I need my next payment was due to them in XXXX.
