My fianc was involved in an auto accident that has had him out of work since XX/XX/2018 and just recently had XXXX. I have been struggling to pay both of our bills with only my own income and I have informed all mine and his creditors about this. Toledo finance has called both of our phones multiple times a day and the manager, XXXX XXXX and others that work there have left harassing, threatening calls on both of our voicemails. They have also called my job multiple times and were told on several occasions that they are not allowed to contact me at work by myself, other coworkers, and even my boss. Yesterday, XXXX called again and was very rude to my staff and was very demeaning and demanded that she talk with me. After being placed on hold, she immediately called right back and yelled at my staff. She then came up to my job while I was at lunch and demanded them to give me paperwork and that I call her back immediately or else. Due to this, I was sent home for the rest of the day when I got back from lunch. This is very unethical and unfair practice. I had already sent letters to all my creditors last week explaining again our financial situation and asking that they all be patient with me. I have been in major emotional distress and even had to seek medical attention behind this. XXXX coming to my job and disrupting my place of employment yesterday by making the harassing phone calls, just added to that distress. This needs to be stopped and she needs to learn how to have a little compassion. Prior to the accident we always paid our bills on time. I just don't feel this is right and should be stopped before I end up losing my job behind it and then I really won't be able to afford to pay anything. Thank you for your time.

I fell behind on my loan with Toledo Finance after having my loan there for some time and even re-financing it a couple of times. They do this to keep you in the loan. I was receiving daily phone calls from the office. They were leaving rude and threatening messages and a couple of times even left the amount that I owe on my voice mail. The voice mail on my phone only id 's the phone number and it is illegal for them to leave this type of information on a voice mail. I first sent a certified letter to stop the calls. I then sent an intent to sue letter to both the office where I obtained the loan and the corporate office. I got a response back stating that they would stop the calls but I will still obligated to pay the loan. In the letter of intent to sue I asked that my loan showed paid in full and all negative history corrected on my credit report. They had several violations of the FDCPA. Repeated calls and voice mails, threatening voice mails but the topper was when the rep left a voice mail with the amount that I was past due and that is a clear violation of the FDCPA. I could have sued them through my attorney but tried to work it out with them and they have refused.

Toledo Finance Corporation has stated that they do not know who I am. I informed them that I have never attempted to get a loan from Toledo Finance Corporation. However there is a hard inquiry on my report from this Loan Company. Please have them remove the hard inquiry listed on my credit report. on XX/XX/2016. I should not have to ask this company more than once to remove my information from their system. I should also be compensated for the emotional distress that this has caused. This company is attempting to gather peoples information and process fraudulent loans in their name or fraudulent loan applications in their name for the sake of number or to be efficient sales people. This is fraud and a violation of several laws. I need the address for this company a corporate address to pursue this matter in a small claims court. I have a loan with Toledo Finance. My payment of {$140.00} is due on the XXXX of the month. I am currently 15 days past due. They called me at the following times. XX/XX/19 XXXX XXXX XXXX left a voicemail reminding me of my promise to pay and telling me I will get a late charge if I did not pay today. Toledo new I was going through a financial issue. The manager XXXX somehow got my brother 's contact information and contacted him and told him she was going to the judge to take paperwork due to missing payments. Then my brother contacted my dad, whom then contacted XXXX. XXXX then told my father also that I was behind on my loan and she was going to take paperwork to judge..my dad paid a payment for me so she wouldn't go to judge. Neither of them are on my paperwork and if I'm not mistaken noone is to disclose any information with others except to inform them that they have a personal business matter ... my father is stressed out as it is and his health is my main concern. Now thanks to toledo finance in XXXX tx my dad is stressing over a situation that he shouldn't.

Todelo finance on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX keeps repeatedly calling my friends family and myself they have my number and have called me multiple times sometimes two times a day yet they keep calling all my references, multiple times a week they have been asked to stop some of the calls to me XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XX/XX/2019 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2019 XXXX this is after i had already told them I did not have any money during these same times they called me they also called most of my references i have call history proof from me and some references that go back months if mutiple calls and harassment threats of garnishment if I don't pay by certain days

After refinancing a personal loan with a Company called Toledo Finance, I was unable to complete my obligation to repay the loan. I contacted them and advised that due to my current financial situation that I was not able to do anything. They said that didn't matter the money was still owed and they would continue contact me regardless if I asked them not to do so. Sometime its 2-3 time a day. I have tried to block their numbers, but somehow they still continue to call and leave messages. What are my options if they will not cease? They say that they have to " work the account '' regardless of my situations.

Toledo Finance Corp in XXXX Texas has continuously called my job on a weekly bases. 2 times per week since XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. I have repeatedly asked the Loan company to please not call me job, but they continue to do so. Toledo agents are calling from different office numbers & personal cell numbers. Yes, I have loan but I'm unable to pay. The company is aware but continues to call my job.

They contacted a third party that is not on this loan. This is the third complaint I have filed. Their last response was that they will no longer contact any of my " references '' but they contacted one by phone today, XX/XX/20. I am currently only 10 days past due. I had submitted an application for a loan however i called as soon as i had submitted the loan application for Toledo Finance in XXXX, Texas, to go ahead and disregard my application and to ensure that it will not show on my credit report. It has still gone through as a processed loan after i had advised them twice i did not want the application to be processed.
