TNT FINANCIAL INC XXXX XXXX AND XXXX TNT finanicial sold me a vehicle and repossessed it. never disclosed any information about selling it and never took what it was sold for off of the balance. they also havent taken any payment made since off my balance. i never recieved anything showing what they sold the vehicle for what was taken off the bill because it never changed. i asked how much and to send me the information from it on the phone and was talked around and denied any information. i asked them to validate everything and they never did. they sent me a judgement from a courtday i never recieved 4 or 5 years back stating that i owe thousands over what i agreed to pay to begin with. and told me they were charging me interest on the wrong amount because they never took anything off so they just kept racking on charges to the point of no return. they have treated me poorly and unfairly and preyed on me. i would like this removed from my credit report as it has ruined my life in the worst way i couldnt settle this debt if i wanted to with all of their ridiculous charges which i would have. this is not fair or accurate credit reporting thank you

the company TNT FINANCIAL have violated my rights as an consumer pursuant to the TRUTH IN LENDING ACT and FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT, Once fraud is detected a contract shall be null and void, documents were falsely furnished to make me believe that i the consumer and original creditor owed such alleged debt, also documents were produced to make me believe i had gap insurance and a recall when the documents belong to the previous owner and had nothing to do with me, XXXX XXXX TNT FINANCIAL received a request for validation of alleged debt along with a specified remedy to invoke my rights as the CONSUMER in fact i have attached labeled Exhibit A through Exhibit Z the violations i wish to be compensated for as well as the response from TNT FINANCIAL 'S attorney which further violates my rights as a CONUMER please take a close look at the attachments and Thank you for you assistance
