Re : Case Number - XXXX On XXXX I reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX Legal Supervisor @ XXXX and XXXX XXXX inquire about the balance due for a Judgement that is against me from 2018. I did go to court for this matter but was not allowed by the XXXX to discuss the issue. The person that said I owe did not show XXXX times. To this day I do not know who I am paying and why this judgement is against me. According to XXXX XXXX, 10 % interest is accured on this judgement regularly as it now stands. The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has ordered me to pay XXXX a month to make payable to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have been paying this amount monthly. I send the money order to : Attorney XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX Before I went to court I had an account with XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. Approximately XXXX was in the account. A freeze was placed on my account and given to XXXX XXXX, which inturn released to this Judgement. I have all documentation and receipts regarding this issue. I have never seen this debt on my credit report. I just want to be treated fairly. XXXX XXXX refuse to let me know who the judgement is owed to. When I contacted XXXX XXXX I was told that they did not have the money at that time, I contacted the XXXX XXXX and was told they did not have the money, but I ended up in court and my fund was given for the Judgement, not completely sure what this is all about, but sure would like a clear understanding. I will continue to pay monthly. It is going on ( 4 ) years now and I have been very patient with the situation. Whats the secret, the average individual that works and have obligations desires to know how their funds are being allocated for bills and necessities of life. I do not think that I am asking to know something out of the ordinary. If I had clear details about this Judgement I wouldn't be filing a complaint, the issue is I don't and to talk to XXXX XXXX is not working, all he tells me is that I owe some money, and that I am in a Judgement and I can not go back court on it or get any assistance. I will highly appreciate your assistance in the matter

I am trying to refinance my house. A judgement came across from TK Credit Recovery stating I owe from XXXX XXXX. I took out a loan in XXXX paid XXXX XXXX in XXXX account paid in full and closed. I have documentation from XXXX XXXX the the debt has been paid in full. Now this TK Credit Recovery comes up. I called TK Credit Recovery spoke to XXXX XXXX, which is not a friendly person, told him I had documentation stating my account was paid in full. I asked if I can get somethin in writing stating that the Judgement on me was from XXXX XXXX so I could present to my broker so I could continue with my loan process. He told me that the judgement was on my name and he could not give me no information until he recieved clarification from the Sheriff Dept. He would not let me speak. And was not willing to help me.
