I took out a loan with the original creditor-XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX to pay off some outstanding credit card bills along with a vehicle payment that was due and was going to be late. However, after I took the loan, I was in between jobs along with more piling debt, then I had multiple gaps of employment between XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX ( which put me in the most financially strapped position ) leaving me unemployed without benefits or financial assistance due to estrangement from family and friends. I was evicted from my home, I lost my vehicle, I am currently homeless along with penniless, I have tried to get a job in which I was not successful, I am living on the streets, shelters, and abandoned buildings.
I have to turn tricks for food, shelter, showers and eat out of garbage cans, I have ASKED them for debt forgiveness along with the {$180.00} they took out of me after threatening to take me to court and XXXX XXXX a XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX attempted to help at first by giving me a break on some of the payments, however she VIOLATED FDCPA Laws by snooping into my finances calling a relative that I am estranged from who later threatened to kill me and her help was another ploy to get money out of me.
XXXX XXXX XXXX also gave me the run around about who has my account, they sent the account to Structured Settlement in which they were working on behalf to collect the payments ( in which Structured Settlement BLANTALY LIED ABOUT ), Structured Settlement said they sold the account to XXXX XXXX XXXX in which XXXX XXXX stated was with XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX which was ANOTHER XXXX XXXX XXXX IF I EVER HEARD XXXX!
I asked for my money back and no one has responded to me and I DO NOT HAVE MONEY FOR A LAWYER nor will a pro-bono attorney take my case because I can not prove ANY income at this time.
