This collection agency is furnishing an alleged debt that is on my consumer report ( XXXX ) The collection Agency TITAN RECEIVABLES, INC on which is located on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX has not provided me with the proper validation according to 15 usc 1692g. Also they have violated 15 usc 1692f. I have not received any proof that there was a such agreement that expressly authorizes this debt collection agency to collect on an Alleged debt which is a violation of the FDCPA. I sent a debt validation letter on XX/XX/2021 and have not recieved any proof of the from them that there is an agreement in place pursuant to 15 usc 1692f ( 1 ) of the FDCPA that they can collect from me or that they even own the debt. This is a violation of my right to privacy. I am requesting full validation such as, original transfer rights to collect, confirmation of legal timeline to report on credit and/or collection procedures, validation of licensing requirements, posted bonding requirements, oversight on monthly payment histories, proper subscriber agreement compliance with credit reporting agencies, and overall compliance with all Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act bylaws as mandated by federal laws. If all of these requirements are not in order, then I have the legal right to request the deletion of this alleged debt off of my consumer report accordingly. This company has caused me so much stress and his ruining my reputation and has violated the following laws. - 15 usc 1692d ( 5 ) Causing the telephone to ring repeatedly with intent to annoy, Abuse or harass any person at the called number - 15 usc 1692e ( 2 ) The false representation of the legal status of a debt - 15 usc 1692f ( 1 ) The collection of any amount unless such amount is expressly authorized by the agreement creating the debt - 15 usc 1692g ( a ) Failure to provide the 5 things to prove the comsumer owes a debt within 5 business days. - 15 usc 1692b ( 2 ). I received a notice from Titan Receivables, INC referencing XXXX XXXX XXXX. Prior to this notice, I have not received a call or notification from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that I still owed anything. I thought my XXXX was fully exonerated. Furthermore, after receiving this notice in XX/XX/XXXX, I called Titan to ask them about the noticed they 've sent. I told him I had no problem making monthly payments but was just confused because I thought it was exonerated but he said no. Titan reported this " Debt '' to the credit bureau which I felt was very harsh. I 've received one notice in XX/XX/XXXX and no prior notice from XXXX before they turned the account over to titan. I do n't think its right that this account be on my credit as derogatory and I already made plans on making payments. I will like this debt off of my credit as I will continue to make payments as I always do with any of my accounts. I did n't received proper notification from titan or XXXX XXXX and its not like I 've been given chance after chance or contacted about this debt. I 've received one letter and that 's it. Now this debt is on my credit. This is so not fair.

I am being billed and called and harassed by titan receivables. They have sent me these bogus collection letters in the mail. They are claiming that I owe XXXX $ For an account that is not mine. They have even reported this false information to XXXX credit bureau. This account was sold to them by XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. They are claiming that I borrowed bond money for a person I do not know. I spoke to XXXX from titan receivables who claims to be an attorney. He advised me to file a police report and I did. I had an argument with him where he stated to me do you know how many people borrow the money and later claim it is not them. I then asked him to send me a copy of the original documents showing my signature for bonding and bailing out this person. He still has never sent me this information because he cant. Its a fraudulent account and claim. He also called me and told me he would personally remove it from my report. When he failed to do so I filed a dispute with XXXX to investigate and attached was my police report. It was not removed and since has remained on my report. If there is anything we can do please help me.

Titan Receivables is reporting a debt on my credit file that needs to be removed. I have previously disputed this account and since then I have not been able to communicate with anyone at Titan Receivables. I never got a response regarding validation of the debt which should've removed it in the first place, but now I can't get in touch with anyone. I have tried calling multiple times to speak to a rep and no one can seem to help me try to get this solved. Despite me wanting to pay it to get it over with, they still can't seem to help me with that. This debt is past the statute of limitations in CA and they can't even collect on this debt anymore but beyond that they have no interest in collecting payment either! This just needs to be removed from my credit file, you continue to report invalidated debt which can be considered fraud under both federal and state laws. If this is not removed I will have no alternative but to exercise whatever rights and remedies I have under the law to enforce this removal, not excluding legal suite against Titan Receivables.

My Husband and I had a friend who was in jail we hired a bail bonds co to have him released. The bond was an un secured bond so we did not need to put up any collareteral. We paid the bond co {$1500.00} cash. If our friend fled the court system and did not appear as told to we would be liable for up to {$5000.00} more. Our friend was released from jail on OR before the bondsman ever got there. They kept the {$1500.00} cash and said it was our obligation to finish paying the the remainder of the unsecured bail loan. We told them they were fraudulent and we would see them in court. Time went on my friend was found NOT GUILTY and we forgot all about and wrote the {$1500.00} off. Every 2 years a new collection agency sends me a bill with a larger amount stating I owe them. I dispute their claims in the 30 day time frame and as of now XXXX 2016the collection agency has placed it on my credit report.

Titan receivables is the name that this collector has changed to from a different case called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. He has added an amount of {$2100.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX and now he calls it XXXX receivables. The file number matches XXXX and XXXX for a cost of {$2100.00} which is correct. Titan receivables is same account but with a fraudulent amount he has the same file number which makes my credit score in-depth XXXX plus dollars that is not supposed to be on my credit. The odd {$1800.00} it's from a case from 2012 bails bondsman that the statue of limitations is up and he changed the name to add it to my account anyway and put it under Titan receivables look at the file numbers they are the same except for he is fraudulently putting money on my credit that does not belong there

Titan Receivables is reporting a debt on my credit file that I do not owe. I recently looked at my credit and noticed this debt reporting. This debt is very old and is past the statute of limitations in Utah and it is also past the credit reporting limit. Reporting this account on my credit is a violation under the FCRA and the FDCPA. Yo umust remove this account from my file. I will also inform you that if you office have or continue to report invalidated information to any of the three major bureaus, this action might constitute fraud under both federal and state laws. If any negative mark is found or continues to report on any of my credit reports by Titan Receivables I will not hesitate to file for legal suite for Violation of the FDCPA.

XX/XX/2020 Titan Receivables reported on my credit report and never sent me a debt collection letter. Than verified the debt to XXXX after I sent them a debt validation letter XX/XX/2020. They still have not sent me any documents proving how I owe them when I never had a account with them. There are still calling me after I sent a cease of phone communication with my debt validation letter. If they're collecting this alleged account/ money for another company. It is my right to know what there business relationship is and am entitled to all documents requested from titan proving that and the amount of the alleged original debt and payment history.

On XX/XX/2018, Titan Receivables, INC. add a derogatory mark on my credit report per XXXX XXXX. Upon, further research, this account was transferred or sold and Im no longer responsible for this account. Debtors creditor did not verify this collection. Also, there was NO written form of communication, contact, or signature for this accused debt at all. A Bill without a signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say its mines. I continue to get collections letters from a Titans Receivables advising that I owe money from a bail. I have never bailed out anyone and I do not know anyone by the name of XXXX. The bill is also spelling my name incorrect. This may be identity theft but I am not sure since I have not lost my ID in years. This is not my bill. At the time that I received this bail bond I was making payments for about a year but ended up losing my job and was having financial hardship to keep on making payments.
