The attorney Timothy Runyon has garnished my tax return for the last 7 years. The debt was paid and I have proof. When I took him to court to discharge the debt he threatened me outside the courtroom by stating that if I did not give him {$2500.00} in cash that he would start the debt over every single year. How does a debt start over every year. The amount already paid should be deducted from the debt. Since I did not agree to give him the cash that day or within a week he started the debt over from the beginning. I have proof that he has been paid. He even asked me personal questions about my financial situation such as did I own a home because if I did he could roll the debt over to my mortgage. He also asked me why was I trying to get rid of the debt and was I trying to buy a home which I answered none of his questions. He and the judge are friends so the judge never gave me an opportunity to state my case because they are friends.

I went to XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX with a XXXX debt.a firm purchased it and sued me while in XXXX.I was given something to sign by a guard.was n't given a chance to read it, ask questions or anything.did n't receive a copy.only legal advice I got was guard saying it would n't matter by the time I got out.when I got out in XX/XX/XXXX.I got a job and suddenly my wages are garnished.me nor anyone else had any idea that firm had been charging twelve percent interest the whole time.no attempt was made to inform anyone of anything.I panicked at the garnishment and made a deal for weekly payments.I 've been paying every since.they 've collected twice the original amount and I still owe.I feel the way they handled the situation was sneaky, underhanded and just wrong.it 's hard enough for an ex felon to make a living without this.I need insurance, dentures, my kids need help but any money I have is going to the firm

I have just received today my XXXX credit reports, there no report of a XXXX credit card listed ever.that is reason for me telling CFPB, i never had a card, thats why I never in 2 yrs got a verification for this debt.if you ask me, i will send copies to you. I have been jilted by this man, i do n't believe you will let this happen to me.i see now I have reason to take it to the courts.they never told me XX/XX/XXXX, of judgement until XX/XX/XXXX.lies!!!!

I am sending another complaint, no one seems to understand what happened to me .I Iost XXXX thru garnishment for a debt that is not mine. For XXXX XXXX finance agency has taken my money unlawfully because I did what they wanted. I did n't show for court .that should make me except this. If this is legitimate I should n't have to wait XXXX for verification. If this bill is mine I have no reason to persue like this, I really need someone help me. Thanks

I HAVE XXXX JUDGEMENTS ON MY CREDIT REPORT FROM 1998. I DO NOT RECALL THESE CREDITORS NOR DID I KNOW I HAD THEM ON MY REPORT UNTIL I APPLIED FOR A MORTGAGE AND WAS FORCED TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS WITH THESE ATTORNEYS/DEBT COLLECTORS. I am continuing, for my rights for a debt that I do not owe where my income tax, veteran check and pension check is be garnished, my bank account is frozen, I ca n't pay my bills.i still have this company in dispute, they never validated this bill I 've ask them for XXXX yrs, they never did it yet they never call me not once, to prove this bill is mine even though i was defaulted for not going to court. The plaintiff said that my wife 's part of this debt was discharged but my part of this debt was not, i, had no part of this debt, he cleverly took upon him self to give me a part of this debt, and will not prove it., neither no contract, i had nothing to do with this debt, somewhere I keep reading that he has a duty to show me how when and where I accepted or own this debt.i have to fight this because it 's my right. Even this false judgement.

I saw my court case today, this case was closed, either XXXX or bankruptcy when plaintiff said he received a judgement against me XXXX, he filed a judgement on a closed case and it 's XXXX dollars, this case was closed XXXX just look at my court record.he tried 9 times to garnish my Inc.taxes he also filed a stipulation for settlement the judge told him the case was closed he violated CFBP laws, read my court case.
