In XX/XX/2018 I enrolled in a student loan repayment plan with a company called Timemark Solutions. I am a single mom with an XXXX child and am currently pregnant so am unable to work. I owe a lot in federal student loans and spoke with this company about my issues and need to consolidate the loans. According to my monthly income they said I qualify for a $ XXXX/month payment. I was told I would first have to pay $ XXXX/month for four months for a startup fee and they said my loans would than be consolidated and they are in direct communication with Department of Education . I gave Timemark Solutions my email address and they sent me release forms to sign and fax to them. Also I gave them my XXXX XXXX Debit card info and signed up for automated withdrawls. The next month I received an email from the Department Of Education stating my owed balance is past due and to call. When I called Department Of Education they stated they never heard of this company and that I should not be paying anything at all for consolidating my loans and getting on an income driven repayment plan. They informed me it is a free service and this sounds like a scam company that does paperwork you can easily do yourself. I than completed the steps directly with Department Of Education and successfully consolidated my loans and immediately started on a {$0.00} a month payment. I called XXXX XXXX and was able to cancel automatic withdrawls from this company. It is unfortunate I already payed {$99.00} in the first place. TimeMark Solutions keeps calling an average of once a day and sending texts and emails requesting I contact their office. They threaten that my student loans aare in danger of not being consolidated and say I need to call and make my past due payment. This whole situation has caused me a lot of stress and I feel taken advantage of.

On XXXX XXXX XXXX I did a search for a XXXX phone number and selected XXXX and dialed XXXX . I was connected to a representative who introduced himself as XXXX and asked if I was calling about my XXXX loans. Throughout the call he miss represented himself as a XXXX associate. He had access to my student loan information and recommended that I consolidated my loans to get XXXX low payment. He then transferred the call to another person by stating that the consolidation is handled by a third party company called Timemark Solutions. I unknowingly agreed to the terms because I thought XXXX was a XXXX representative and that Timemark Solutions was affiliated with XXXX . I discovered several days later that XXXX was actually working for Timemark Solutions and was lieing to me the whole time. I called Timemark Solutions to cancel the service and explained to them what happened and why I signed up. They simply said that they already submitted the request for payment in the amount of { XXXX } and their was no refund. They further revealed the terms of the agreement was for a total of { XXXX } and that non of that money would go towards my loans. I told them I was told nothing about being charged { XXXX } for something I could have done for free.

I called XXXX XXXX XXXX to discuss outstanding balance. They had a man tell me that I could qualify for student loan foregiveness through Timemark Solutions. They obtained information verifying my personal information, stated I no longer had to make payments to XXXX but that I had to cover a XXXX dollar deposite to get the account started. I gave them my bank account and routing number and they withdrew XXXX on XXXX XXXX, 2017 with the next w/d to be done XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. I have come to find that this is in fact not a real site and I gave them my FSA ID number, copies of my payment stubs from my hospital, references for my family with their address '. I do n't know what to do from this point on as they have very detailed information. I am cancelling the transactions from the bank but am deeply concerned about the personal information they have of mine.

I was told by TimeMark Solutions Inc, that the reason that I was not qualifying for XXXX forgiveness was because I needed to have my loans consolidated and taken away from XXXX for five payments of {$110.00}. However, after speaking to XXXX, this is untrue and I could have filled out the paperwork myself for free. The information was presented as if they all worked together for XXXX and they do not. TimeMark Solutions Inc. is a third party company that is getting over on people when I am already struggling to repay my student loans. The money paid to them could have been paid towards my loans. Is there any way that I can get my money back?

Timemark solutions contacted me repeatedly and aggressively. They claimed they worked for the federal government and told me that I would have to pay fees to enter loan consolidation and income based repayment. They charged me 3 fees of XXXX and did not file the appropriate paperwork to enter into loan consolidation. They refused to offer any assistance after the fees were paid. Their agents and website were misleading and predatory.
