On XX/XX/2023 a charge in the amount of {$860.00} was drafted from my savings account with XXXX XXXX ( also known as XXXX ). I called to see how and where this charge was made and the representative tells that it was a garnishment and the funds were sent to Tiffany & Brown PLLC. I asked for a copy of a judgment order and or a court summons stating that I owe this creditor that money and the answer was we dont have a copy of the order when judgements and levys are in place we just draft the money directly to the creditor. Ive also spoken with representatives from Tiffany & Brown last firm and still have yet to been provided proper documentation ( court order ) stating that I owe the funds.
