Company is Tiempo/XXXX XXXX XXXX. Have been calling my job phone every single day, 5-7 times a day, to collect a debt, since before XX/XX/2019. My director and myself have repeatedly requested them to stop calling my job, ( XXXX ). The ladies are extremely belligerent and rude. They call me non stop on my cell, after hanging up the job phone. I have recently mailed a certified mail cease/desist request to them or the TX Attorney General office will be notified. I just finished doing an online complaint with the FCC, as well. My mother just recently passed away and I have financially gotten behind. I told the lady this morning, that I know I owe and when I get money, they will get a payment and AGAIN, requested to stop calling my job and harassing me. They will NOT stop calling my job, after REPEATED requests, from myself, as well as my director. I work in an XXXX XXXX. Please help me to stop these people from calling my job, my cell phone and the phones of my family members. Thank you.

I have asked this company several times to stop calling me at my place of employment. My office manager has explained that we can't have personal calls at work but they still call. Today at XXXX XXXX I told XXXX with XXXX XXXX once again to stop calling. XXXX the manager has threatened to come to my place of employment. This companies collection practices are illegal. They are heartless and cruel. Even though I speak to them they still call my references. They are trying to embarrass me during this rough patch in my life.
