On XX/XX/XXXX Thrifty Loans located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, LA XXXX ask for my permission to have a payday loan fee of {$55.00} taken out of my bank account. I authorize this transaction to take place on XX/XX/XXXX. There are XXXX payday loans taken out in my name at this location. XXXX payday loan fee is {$55.00} which is due the XXXX of the month. The XXXX payday loan fee for {$55.00} is due the last day of the month. The same Thrifty loans employee contacted me again asking for another payment of {$55.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I advised her that the payment should've been paid on XX/XX/XXXX already. This set off an alarm for me so I pulled up my bank transaction history and realize that XXXX payments of {$55.00} each were taken out my account by Thrifty Loans on XX/XX/XXXX. I immediately contacted Thrifty Loans employee by phone on XX/XX/XXXX to explain that a refund should be processed because the employee over charged me. The employee stated that her manager sent her an email and the refund was already being processed. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an text message from the same Thrifty Loans employee from XXXX at XXXX " ok my boss said instead of reversing the charge they just gon na use it on your next payment due date. '' I immediately responded and declined. I advised the employee to again issue a refund for the {$55.00} that was charged to my bank account without my permission. On XX/XX/XXXX I recieved another text at XXXX " ok I will see what they can do because it was a card payment not cash let me get with my boss. You don't come back in until XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. '' I replied at XXXX XXXX again asking that the company reverse the unauthorize payment of {$55.00} that was charged to my account on XX/XX/XXXX. The employee text me at XXXX XXXX " i will reach out to my boss to see what can be done but a refund is going to take XXXX business days it depends on your bank. '' I responded " I wish the refund was processed on XX/XX/XXXX per my request. '' I have called the Thrifty Loans in XXXX XXXX, LA and spoke to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and again on XX/XX/XXXX to see if she can get the manager XXXX to solve this issue. I also called the Thrifty Loans located in XXXX, LA and left another message for the manager to contact me. I was able to get the manager personal cell phone which I've called and text her on XX/XX/XXXX. No one from the company has reached out to resolve this issue and as of XX/XX/XXXX I have not been issued a {$55.00} refund.
