We were contacted from The Student Loan Pro who knew all of my information about my student federal loan. They told me I could pay them XXXX to consolidated my student loans. Never once mentioning this is a free service through the federal government. When my wife called on her student loans they explained its a free service to consolidate the loans and that we should contact CFPB on what was being done.
