The collection agency Shindler and XXXX is refusing to release the levy it placed on my bank accounts. I am currently under XXXX XXXX bankruptcy that is current and active. Below are the details of communication between myself, my attorney ( XXXX XXXX ), and XXXX and XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX - Shindler and XXXX Levied accounts XX/XX/XXXXXXXX - I contacted XXXX & XXXX and spoke with XXXX XXXXand informed them of my bankruptcy. I requested that they release the levy on my bank accounts. They informed me to have my attorney fax them my bankruptcy filing. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX- My attorney faxed XXXX & XXXX my bankruptcy filing. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX - Contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX to inquire as to the status of the requested release. I was informed that attorney XXXX XXXX is reviewing my file and would be informed the next day for status. XX/XX/XXXX - No Contact from XXXX & XXXX regarding status. XX/XX/XXXXXXXX - Contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX to inquire about the status of release. I was informed by XXXX XXXX that my attorney needed to contact them regarding my case. 8.30.2018 XXXX Contact XXXX XXXX to address the matter. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX & J and was put on hold for an hour with no response. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX - Contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding release. No response.XX/XX/XXXX XXXX - Contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and was put on hold for 5mins with no answer. XXXX XXXX - Contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and was informed by XXXX XXXX XXXX have my attorney contact them.

ne would get back with me from XXXX XXXXl as soon as the car has been sold and they would tell me what I owe and how to go about setting payments up with the balance left remaining XXXX/2021- I filed a dispute with the credit bureau in regards to how they put the incorrect information on my credit and I sent in the copies of the emails back and forth with XXXX XXXX/2021- prestige updated my account online stating that the charged off XXXX and past due XXXX and I tried to get an updated from XXXX on the phone and no one ever called me back or sent anything in the mail. XXXX/2021- I spoke to XXXX XXXX and she said she no longer could speak to me and that I would receive something in the mail in regards to the selling of the vehicle and what amount I would owe. XXXX I receive a summons from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX in regards to XXXX XXXX stating that I would have to appear in court in regards to the vehicle. I never received anything from XXXX or XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX in regards to owing a debt no one ever reached out to me in regards to the debt. XXXX/2021- I tried to make it to the court house which was an 1.5 away from me and I got there at XXXX and court was over for a XXXX court call. A default judgement was paced on me and I tried to call XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and no one ever returned my call.

i received wage deduction summons from Shindler & Joyce Attorney at Law on a debt i am not aware of. I filed bankruptcy back in 2001 and since them i have never been able to obtain credit, i am soley cash person now. i never opened any accounts that were left unpaid. Shindler & Joyce Attorney at Law has not provided any documents to me about the debt or give me any information on the debt or even tried to contact me in any way at all. they went straight to garnishing my wages and i have no information as to why or how much. that is not right i have obligations to meet now i can not pay my rent!!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!
