I XXXX my job during the global financial XXXX between XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX and as a result could not keep up with my bills. I was summoned to court in XX/XX/XXXX for credit card bill which accumulated interest, penalties and other fees totaling {$10000.00}. Nine ( 9 ) years later after the fact I received a couple of threatening letters letter from the plaintiff XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The Shatterwhite, Law Firm, P.C / XXXX XXXX, XXXX As Assignee of XXXX at my work place threatening to sue me of my property and more court action against me if I do not pay the debt. The case was again brought to court on XX/XX/XXXX and after the hearing the judge issue a verdict in my favor that the case is closed and no discovery is allowed. Please see the attached verdict. Two ( 2 ) years later after the verdict I have again received a letter on XX/XX/XXXX from the plaintiff XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The Shatterwhite, Law Firm, P.C / XXXX XXXX, XXXX As Assignee of XXXX harassing me to sue me in court if I do not pay the debt incurred in XX/XX/XXXX even though the case is closed and no discovery is allowed.
