On XX/XX/XXXX I received communication from XXXX XXXX XXXX that they had sold my debt to a XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. The letter stated that at the time of the sale the total amount owed was {$4700.00}. Then on XX/XX/XXXX I received a debt collection letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX showing that I now owed them {$5900.00}. To which I responded on XX/XX/XXXX with a debt verification letter because I did not believe the amount they had presented me was accurate. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a communication dated XX/XX/XXXX verifying the debt, in which they sent me my original loan documents from XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I responded with a letter asking for all information on how they got the amount that they believe I owed them. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a communication from them dated XX/XX/XXXX in which they sent me the same exact information that they had sent in the XX/XX/XXXX letter. As of this date, XX/XX/XXXX the amount that they have reported to the credit bureau 's is {$6500.00}. They have reported to the bureau 's every week increasing the amount owed by roughly {$20.00} every week, this is a major hindrance on me as I was trying to purchase a home and have not been able to since they have reported false information to the bureau 's.

On XX/XX/19 I recieved a phone call from the resolution group claiming to be mediators. The first rep I spoke with was very rude and hung up after I started to say I have no intentions of paying this, but hung up before I could finish my sentence which would have finished with I have no intentions of paying this at this time. I called back and spoke to another rep who kept claiming I was digging myself into a bigger hole because this is a recorded line and threatened to call me at work and even at church. This is unacceptable. Both reps continued to interrupt and threatened to start the hearing process. Both times they claimed to NOT be debt collectors, but meditation between the client and myself.
