On XX/XX/XXXX we closed escrow on our property refinance. As of XX/XX/XXXX our pre paid property tax remains unpaid. XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX contacted me on XX/XX/XXXX to inform us the XXXX County tax payment of {$1100.00} was returned to their office because it was short. It was during this call I explained that XXXX was being paid off with the closing funds and that the amount the County was requesting is wrong. You insisted we were responsible for paying the difference regardless because that was the amount the County was asking for. Reluctantly, I paid the difference of {$1300.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to inform them I received a corrected tax statement and needed direction from them on whether we he was going to contact XXXX County to obtain clarification. Per our phone conversation this morning, the County has confirmed the over payment however since they are still processing all the payments they received, they could not provide you with an estimate of when a refund would be issued to your company. I expect your company to honor the disbursements of funds set fourth in the closing statement, issue a check to XXXX County for {$1200.00} and call me within 2 business days to schedule a time to pick up the refund check due to me in the amount of {$1200.00}. We have paid the tax bill twice 1 ) during initial closing 2 ) on XX/XX/XXXX. They are now insisting we make a third payment of {$1200.00} to pay the corrected statement. I received the following response : " Hello XXXX, I understand your frustration and our apologies for your inconvenience. I spoke with XXXX at the tax collectors office 3 times today trying to get a better idea to resolve this issue. We reached out to you on XX/XX/XXXX only due to a letter ( attached ) we received from the tax collectors office that the amount sent was incorrect. We only learned about the cancelled tax bill last week when you called our office. Per XXXX suggestion, he stated that we check back with him mid-XX/XX/XXXX as they do not have control over when their office can send back the check we sent them. I suggested that we stop pay the check they are holding and issue the correct amount but he stated that the check may get processed and well incur a fee if they process it. We will stay on top of this and check with the tax collectors office on a weekly bases with the check status. ''

Financial Institution Fraud Orange Coast Title On XX/XX/XXXX the Orange Coast Title company along with XXXX XXXX made an Unauthorized Wire transfer to my XX/XX/XXXX Mortgage Loan Account for {$280000.00} My XX/XX/XXXX Mortgage Loan Account does not have a Successor in interest and I am the sole borrower on this Account My XX/XX/XXXX Mortgage Loan Account has nothing to do with aXX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX Forclosure that took place in XXXX. Monthly Payments to my XX/XX/XXXX Mortgage Loan Account continued uninterrupted before, AFTER and during the XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX Forclosure. XXXX did not issue a demand for payment from the Orange Coast Title Company
