XX/XX/2020 closed a mortgage va loan processed through Moneyhouse, Since the start of the transaction Moneyhouse has been totally deceptive and dishonest.Moneyhouse through its representative XXXX XXXX used the real estate broker XXXX XXXX, to obtain sensitive financial information from me.This was at the beginning of XXXX.Would like to clarify that I only went once to Moneyhouse once at their XXXX branch.XXXX XXXX came to my house once to see the property and at the at that time he filled the purchase agreement in which to testify to his incompetence he me sign in the buyers spot and in the realtors spot.Much to the ydiscredit of Moneyhouse this oversight was never rectified.I need from Moneyhouse a copy of all documents I have signed during the mortgage process, from the time XXXX XXXX met me in the Moneyhouse XXXX office to the closing on XXXX had spoken to XXXX XXXX via mobile phone and he attempted to transact the preliminary steps in the process.The day of the call he was sick with stomach issues, so he told me.The process overwhelmed him and we were not able to get anywhere.He told me the pandemic he doubted if any time soon he would be to continue the process at the XXXX office.XXXX XXXX got XXXX to see me shortly there after at the XXXX facility.There I signed countless documents, which I wasnt given copies of.I especially want a copy of ( no coercion statement, copy of statement were I was told the importance of a property inspection, copy of form were different services were chosen for me by Moneyhouse ) In the process the only person I had contact with and there by perhaps he can seen as chosen by.Mr.XXXX and Moneyhouse chose all the services for me.I have had been in several mortgage transactions and I have never met with corruption and certainly at this level.

I have filed again and again complaints against Moneyhouse.Each time I submit a complaint they send the companys response is always the same bullshit.I have two different sales contract generated by Moneyhouse in their closing package.I have two insurance policies on the house.Both dated XXXX.One policy has a face value of $ XXXX.with a premium of XXXX.plus dollars.The other with the same coverage date and a face value of {$190000.00} and a premium of $ XXXX.Moneyhouse reps talk about my negligence in not having the home inspected.The form in the closing is blank.If they wanted to protect my interest and cover their corporate asses.They should have informed me about the importance of inspection and had me signed.Early XX/XX/2020 XXXX XXXX was getting sensitive financial records from me to proceed with the loan.Even though Moneyhouse is stating that the sales contract became effective XX/XX/2020, with two different contracts.I went to the Moneyhouse office in early XXXX at XXXX.I never visited this in office on XXXX.The mortgage process started in early XXXX I didnt get the necessary financial disclosure stated by Raspa.Closing documents I should have received 3 days before the closing.I received a day before.This process has a been scam.Cant believe the bad faith and deception of the Realtor and mortgage broker.

Have file several complaints with XXXX and the company denies my rights as a Veteran and civil rights as an American citizen.On XXXX XXXX2020 the realtor XXXX XXXX came by and he draw up an offer on the property that is the focus of this complaint.The realtor is so competent that he and Moneyhouse failed to observe that the sales contract is not valid.I never signed the contract yet my signature appears as both the buyer and realtor.Explain that please.Moneyhouses representative states that the transaction took under 90 days.Involation of realtor codes on XXXX XXXX2020 via a text message he asking me for documentation for the mortgage transaction.Through out this process XXXX has done the leg work for the company.This process is never ending and Im not able to move in.I have to spend a lot of funds on the property.The VA ordered an appraisal but no home inspection was done.In bogus documents from XXXX there is a policy for {$190000.00}. When after the he had send me a policy for $ XXXXface amount.Both policies had the same coverage date.Now I have {$350000.00} in coverage.Never have dealt with such scoundrels.

I requested a preapproval letter for a VA loan, which was granted to me. Based on this letter, I place a {$10000.00} deposit for a new home. Basically a year later, about XX/XX/XXXX, the loan was denied and the developer forfeited my {$10000.00} deposit. The loan originator, XXXX XXXX, new the develpment sales person, XXXX XXXX. When the money was forfeited, I sent a message to XXXX XXXX, her response " I'm sorry '' Later, I learned through a realtor that I didn't quslified for a VA loan because I was going through a foreclosure ( still dealing with that ). The lender check my credit, they knew about my foreclosure case because it started back in XXXX, nevertheless they game me a preapproval letter for a loan it could not be granted. If you go through a foreclosure, you have to wait two years after the conclussion of said process to appply for a VA loan.

My rights were denied.the mortgage company appointed my closing lawyer ( agent ) I never knew who my representative was, until the XXXX before the closing when he called me.He never identified himself as my closing agent.I was assigned a hazard insurance policy generated by the mortgage broker.A stripped down policy that covered only {$160000.00} of a {$190000.00} purchase price.Ironically the closing agent sold the ( XXXX XXXX ) policy.This a form of liability which protects the homeowner from lawsuits against the property.Closing documents were given to the realtor without my consent.

On XX/XX/2020 signed an option to purchase a home.closed on XX/XX/2020 several days later examined the closing documents and found that my signature had been forged on many documents.very alarming was that the option to buy had been turned into a sales contract with the XX/XX/2020 date and my signature forged.Was given the option to choose an appraiser or home inspector, did not get to choose closing agent and first called me on XX/XX/2020 the day before the closing.I never knew he was my agent.Also was not given the opportunity to purchase homeowners insurance.

The mortgage company charged me a {$6800.00} Va funding fee.As XXXX veteran Im exempt from paying the fee.Talk to XXXX XXXX the loan officer at the time of loan process because he stated he was going to save me over {$6000.00} dollars.I asked him to show me both in an email and a phone call.He never did.
