XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX secured me a loan thru LGM auto finance to purchase a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I was given 2 different 30 day tags from XXXX XXXX XXXX because I could not get tags thru the ohio XXXX since the car I purchased still had not been registered with the state of ohio. Even tho it is suppose to be within 45 days I believe. I continued to male payments and try to work out tghe problem because I wanted the car. After making payments for about 6 months and not driving the car for about 4 months ( because the car was still not registered and I could not get tags ), I informed LGM I would no longer be making payments for the car until I could get tags and to discontinue automatic debit of my payments. LGM then ran {$100.00} dollar payments thru my checking account until they were unable to. Lgm then ran {$50.00} payments thru my checking account until they were unable to. After they were done running payments, I had {$3.00} and some change left in my account. I contacted my bank and stopped them from accessing my account again but could not recover the money. I had no money. Could not use my car. And eventually had to file bankruptcy to get out of the car loan. After the bankruptcy was discharged, the car was eventually repossessed. Since it has been repossessed on XX/XX/XXXX, my personal property inside the vehicle has been held for ransom. I have contacted LGM and XXXX XXXX multiple times to recover my property. Neither company will return my property unless I pay them {$50.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX I was sent an email from XXXX XXXX stating I have to pay {$50.00} for my personal items for storage. I contacted XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, the same day the car was repossessed to pick up my items. I was told that day ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I had to pay {$50.00} to get my things. If I was allowed to retrieve my items on XX/XX/XXXX, there would have been no need for storage or a storage fee but I was denied access to my personal property.

Dear Consumer Protection Bureau, I am writing to inform you of the harassing phone calls that I have been receiving from LGM Finance Auto. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, this corporation has continued to call me excessively, exceeding the allowed seven calls per day and even calling me 5 to 8 times per day. These calls have been ongoing since XX/XX/2023. Additionally, the amount owed to LGM Finance Auto is {$1700.00}. While I understand my responsibility to pay this debt, the excessive phone calls are unnecessary and unproductive. As a consumer, I believe that I have the right to be treated with respect and dignity, and the constant barrage of phone calls has caused me undue stress and XXXX. I have tried to communicate with LGM Finance Auto and have requested that they limit the number of calls to a reasonable amount, but they have continued to ignore my requests. I believe that this behavior is in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and warrants your attention. LGM has repeatedly threatened legal action, and harassed us and our family members for payment of a vehicle that we have asked them to pick up for years. This vehicle was illegally approved for us as we had just filed bankruptcy when the car was purchased. We were talked into this by a reputable car dealer and only after we signed papers did we realize that we didnt buy the car from the dealer but from a third party car place. We have lived in the same home since XXXX and have never received any mail from them whatsoever. They claim they have sued us for the vehicle and say we are committing a crime. We have told them the vehicle is at our home and please take it. It hasnt moved from our address since we moved to this area. The car was eventually picked up and just now they are reporting to the credit bureau that we owe more than the car was purchased for. We have been denied a home because this showed on the report. And due to covid we need to relocate our family as we only have one income now. We have been given until XX/XX/XXXX to move and cant be approved because this has just now been added to our credit report. Please help us!

Lgm finance company on XXXX XXXX in XXXX Ohio, claims that the balance of my account is accurate, however everytime I make a payment the remaining balance increases by at least {$100.00}, a month. When I inquire, I'm told that the APR, increases daily, and I was told when I purchased the car. I'm a XXXX year old woman and I wasn't informed of that. My source of income is social security, and at this point I don't have a clue what the daily costs are, or when I will own the car. One time I was told to get a personal accountant to explain and train me. In XXXX I made a payment and the balance was increased by almost {$100.00}, I don't understand. Whenever I try to get an explanation, they are rude, nasty, ABRASIVE, HOSTILE and evasive. The total cost of the car was {$11000.00}. I've paid over $ XXXX, and I'm told that as of today that I have a balance of over {$2300.00}, and it will increase daily Please help me

XXXX at LGM Finance has been making harassing phone calls, messages, and text regarding the required insurance that I have on my vehicle. All this communication happens at least 10 times a day. My insurance company is working on fixing the problem to prove that I have insurance, but this company is harassing me and telling me they will not stop calling me. I am not late on my payment and the alleged forced insurance is suppose to take place on the 12th. I have been harassed by them for the last week. This is highly unethical and troubling. Stop harassing me. I let the insurance company know what was going on and also advised you. You shouldn't call people like they are late on their payment and that is not the case. You shouldn't be allowed to call, text, email, and leave voicemails through out the day either.

I recently purchased a vehicle from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX Ohio, They found financing and never advised me that I had been approved through multiple lenders they only advised me that I was approved LGM finance which the dealership also owns that company..they never told me that or explained rates offered by other companies so I could make the decision as to which company I wanted to go through. They basically chose themselves on my behalf without my consent or knowledge. This LGM finance company charges me interested but never tells me how much they do not send me statements only receipts when I make a payment and it doesnt compute any interest charges. They also call me several times a day before my payment due date and dont allow the 10 day grace period for payments as stated in my loan agreement.

I had written the company and requested a copy of how much the vehicle was sold at. Also, request that the company updated with all three credited bureau, the company refuse to do sent me any information or update my information with all three credit bureau. In addition, I have disputed this account with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. No changes have been made with the credit bureau 's. In addition, the company sold me a car with a salvage title without my knowledge.

I have a car with XXXX XXXX company back in XXXX of 2018 my car broke down and lgm paid for it and I was to pay them back 3 payments of XXXX I paid off all of what I owed them and they are stating that I have never made a payment on it I have sent them all of my receipts and bank statements showing that I paid them and they are just ignoring them and refuse to fix their mistake.I have shown them all the proof that I have and they disabled my car and are very unprofessional and dont want to even listen to whatever I have to say.

Im a XXXX XXXX XXXX woman and I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX and it was financed by LGM FINANCE COMPANY. They charged me over {$8000.00} and the finance charge was 24.99 % .. the total cost was {$11000.00} and some change. I've paid over {$16000.00}, and they said that I still owe over {$1400.00} + a daily interest rate. I don't know when I will get a final payment, or anything. Everytime I make a payment, the balance goes up. Please help me.

I have been paying LGM Financial since XX/XX/2021 I have made 26 payments of XXXX Dollars to their company which I was told would be reported to my credit... Which they also told me they were reporting these payments at the end of each month to the XXXX I contacted XXXX serval times to defuse the issue but they do not see LGM Financial report as they claim they made to them so each of my 26 never late payments has not been applied to my credit report

LGM financial had previously charged my account without authorization on XX/XX/XXXX. The loan payment is late, however, they are contacting my references for payment. The payment has been mailed in. Both myself and my references are being harassed by this company. The lack of respect this company has is out of control. They are intrusive and completely disrespectful.
