To Whom it may concern, I had a second property in Florida which I lost XX/XX/XXXX due to the financial crisis. Even though XXXX XXXX XXXX the original creditor provided a statement to the IRS clearly showing the balance remaining was {$140000.00} and the Fair Market Value was {$170000.00} at the time making this a phantom debt ( statement included ), also the statute of limitations in Florida is only 1 year. The Law Offices of Daniel Consuegra on behalf of their client XXXX XXXX XXXX who purchased XXXX XXXX zombie debts for {$1.00} including my own ( see my note assignment provided ) created a lawsuit mill which churned out thousands of debt collection lawsuits relying on deception and faulty legal paperwork. In my case this includes intentionally filing their lawsuit under a false address in XXXX XXXX, even though my original creditor statement from XX/XX/XXXX, my current drivers license, my credit report ALL have XXXX listed as my primary residence. Furthermore, even though I was NEVER served in this lawsuit, I did receive an unsigned court document only AFTER the default judgment was already filed as an intimidation tactic. This confirms they were aware of my address all along but willfully continued with the fraudulent filing. ( please see unsigned court documents ) Because of these deceptive and abusive legal tactics I have become a victim of unfair credit discrimination. I was offered a job, but after a background check the offer was rescinded solely because of this fraudulent judgment being listed in on my credit report. Resulting in great financial and emotional harm.
I already filed a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX for their role in this scheme ( Complaint # XXXX ).
Both companies are equally responsible for making me a victim of sewer service, and violating my credit rights.
Since I have absolutely no connections, or contacts in XXXX and the CFPB has the authority to investigate deceptive, abusive, and unfair practices I am asking them to review my case and supporting documentation carefully.
I appreciate agencies assistance finding a fair resolution.

On XX/XX/XXXX, I made an ACH payment to Rent Debt Automated Collection, an account that was under my maiden name at the time. Since then, I have received a collection letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX, dated XX/XX/XXXX for credit card debt in which I owe {$5400.00}. I called and spoke with Mr XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to initiate a payment plan. It was agreed and electronically signed to begin making {$270.00} monthly installments on XX/XX/XXXX. However, the payment was rejected by XXXX XXXX as a " non transaction account, '' ineligible to receive this type of payment. I continued to call the collection agency for about a month with no answer, until XX/XX/XXXX. Again, I spoke with Mr XXXX to initiate the payment plan process. Installments are suppopsed to resume on XX/XX/XXXX. My complaint is regarding the timing of receiving debt collection letters. XXXX was the payee, however XXXX XXXX XXXX must have had ownership of my account since XXXX, XXXX when I received their letter. Regardless, not realizing my account was being sold to another collection agency is where my frustration lies. In addition, I have had two more collection account letters for credit card debt under my maiden name from XXXX XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX. This collection agency along with the original creditor, XXXX XXXX, is listed as ( 4 ) delinquent ( deragatory ) accounts on my credit file with amounts of {$11000.00} ( 2x ) and {$6200.00} ( 2x ). I began working with a local credit repair company, XXXX XXXX XXXX, in XX/XX/XXXX with no success of the removing deragotory accounts from credit file. Currently, I am working with XXXX XXXX XXXX NY ), who is assisting me with inquiry removals and credit repair. After months of not being able to reach XXXX XXXX XXXX, I finally spoke with a live person on XX/XX/XXXX. Apparantly, my account was transferred to the Law Offices of Daniel C Consegra in Tampa, FL. I spoke with XXXX the same day to initate a payment agreement and have yet to receive a response.

The Law Office of Daniel Consuegra XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX send me a document that looks like a COURT DOC with a case no. XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sign the Document that apparently is Civil Lawsuit. However, it does not have a stamp from the court or it is not even notarize. Furthermore, most of the document is not even completed. The document claims that my wages at the XXXX XXXX ( where I work ) are going to be garnishee. I research the company and they do collections. XXXX XXXX and the XXXX have a habit of going after people and try to collect debts using illegal tactics. The Lawsuit is in reference to a house I lost in Foreclosure back in the year 2010 located in XXXX Florida because I could not longer afford the mortgage. The Plaintiff mention on the document is XXXX XXXX. Please investigate XXXX of these companies and stop them from continuing doing this type of practice and intimidate people like me trying to rebuild my life after such a huge economical lost.
