On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a letter that stated the amount I owed was incorrect and that I disputed and was incorrect. I received a letter today XX/XX/XXXX that stated the amount was correct with an attachment that has incorrect dates that I have no knowledge of. I do not have access to the e-mail associated with proof of cancellation of classes and request to unenroll because of purge of student information after unenrolling from school. The balance doesnt add up.
