All the information XXXX XXXX has sent you in Exhibits B, is from XXXX advertisements. XXXX notoriously pull, cut and paste information from unrelated blogs, and what looks like pieces of one of my old resumes. As a company XXXX XXXX will automatically place licensees information in their system, all brokers do the same whether an licensee is actively selling or not. You can contact XXXX XXXX and check my status, I am not working at all.
The judgment group seems to diligently and in the cruelest manner go after money any way they can by seeking out and uninformed. I did not lie about XXXX XXXX, she did tell me that she would take my house when I tried to sell it. Additionally, I did not scream or yell at her, I am not that type of person. I believe in communicating as an adult in a professional manner.
There are many reasons I am fighting this 12 year old unjustified judgment, 1 ). The original judgment holder XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX tried to pass off to my family and I an old granite top kitchen counter, telling us it was new but that was not true. They knew it, thats why the owner of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX did not show up to court when I countered with a motion to vacate the judgment. Why the judge did not vacate the judgment at that moment I will never understand.
2 ). I paid XX/XX/XXXXa XXXXXX/XX/XXXX for the install and asked them to remove the old counter and replace with a new one but they refused. 3 ). Collection agencies like The Judgment Group, have no idea how or why a judgment is placed upon an individual and they dont care, all they want to do is to collect the money. 4 ). The Judgment Group do not have a very good reputation, they have several business and customer complaints, I have samples of them in my first letter to the court clerk. I will keep fighting for my rights, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX tired to take advantage of my family and I and now The Judgment Group is doing the same. I will keep fighting until the day I die.

I was twice the garnishment order put on to the same employer at XXXX ; with these two incidents, I vacated the judgment. I have lost tremendous money and effort to fix this issue ; the judgment group, XXXX MD, have used the social channel to make things not accurate they failed twice ; on top of that, they are still misleading my employer after the judgment vacated, they do not follow the rules, fail information to collect a small debt, with enforcement, small to them but significant to me I have XXXX kids and survive on this challenging time. I would like this not to happen again and collect some of my losses as penalties. And stop identity thieves and the way they process ; I guess there is no rule they follow after two mounts of trying ; they just send my money back as they took from garnishment, right now that money is a little bit for me, I borrow money to pay my mortgage until I vacated the judgment.
