Hello. My name is XXXX XXXX and I was repeatedly contacted by The Hamilton Law Association, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX , XXXX , FL XXXX . Phone XXXX , email address : XXXX XXXX XXXX , website : www.myhamiltonlaw.com regarding a debt that is more tha n 10 years old. The original creditor was XXXX and the account had a balance of {$18000.00}, account number XXXX . I was contacted in XX/XX/XXXX and was told tha t Hamilton Law had a lawsuit ready to file against me regardin g this matter. They offered to settle the matter for {$7800.00} but gave me less tha n 24 hours to come up with the money. The money was paid to Hamilton Law so they would not sue me and take me to court. I was afraid of the threats they were making regarding filing suit and how I would pay for the money owed. I suffered a XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and earn significantly less than I used to. I can not afford to the funds paid. I now work for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and the more I continue to think about this matter, I feel like I was coerced into paying money that I do n't have and feared about the concequences.

XXXX XXXX XXXX keeps reporting to all three of my credit bureau 's that I never paid my medical bill and reports that I made partial payments recently. I have proof that the bill was paid in XX/XX/2016 to XXXX XXXX XXXX in my credit card statement attached and it was made once in the amount {$820.00}. XXXX XXXX XXXX agreed to give the money to XXXX XXXX XXXX the medical bill money, but illegally pocketed the money and did not pay the hospital as agreed in their recorded phone call conversation with me. They are trying to extort money additional money and followed through in there threats to consistantly report to the credit beareau agencies that I never made the payment. They recently have reported to my credit bureau 's that I never paid the {$820.00}. The XXXX XXXX XXXX sent the bill to XXXX XXXX XXXX because they sent the bill to the incorrect insurance company in their region and did not send it to my address. They also made no attempt to contact me. All of my information was properly written down the day of my injury by XXXX XXXX XXXX and given physical medical and personal information documents.

I have been disputing XXXX XXXX Hospital charges for about 6 months. The account was closed many years ago because I was on Medicaid who covered the balance of my medical bills. Also, I moved away from the state of XXXX on XX/XX/2015 due to XXXX XXXX. I have lived in XXXX since then and have never been back to XXXX to incur any debt. Each time I dispute this issue with a credit bureau, the debt is sold and my credit is ruined again. I have to constantly fill out these forms and research my credit. I have to Pay for monitoring of my credit from XXXX. I am being harrassed and it's too much. Please help me.

Hello, ive been getting phone calls from all different ph # ( recent from XXXX ) but with a call back # of XXXX ext XXXX, previous call back # XXXX. Always a different person to call back but staying they have my dob, ss # in which a law suit will be served on me if if did not respond to make payment by end of business day. Says they are from Hamilton law. In the last message i received today ; " XXXX '' stated she knows my name has changed and spoke my dob and address on the vm.

The Hamilton Law Association, P.A. in Florida has on several occasions called me attempting to collect a debt I do not owe. They are looking for a woman I do not know ( I am a XXXX ). I 've told them they have a wrong number and asked them twice on the phone to stop calling me. I also just sent them an online request to cease calling me.
Their latest call was today XXXX XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX, but I recognized the number ( XXXX ) and ignored it.

Hamilton Law Firm continues to call me multiple times a week coneeding an installment loan ( online ) I informed them this was a result of identity theft and they stated they were going to take me court. They called back today even though I spoke with them yesterday and stated the same thing.
