I do not believe that I am the original debtor. I am requesting that XXXX validate the debt and provide the original documents.
Fact - background In XXXX of XXXX, I was informed by my employer that XXXX XXXX was planning to garnish my wages and provided me with a court date that was within the same week. I was never called or given notice via mail of the pending legal actions ( I recently became aware that they were sending information to an address in XXXX where I have never lived ). I reached to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX to inquire about the hearing and to inquire about the debt prior to the hearing but no one returned my calls.
I appeared without an attorney and not knowing the process and between the judge and the attorney I was not able to get a word in edgewise to inquire about the details of the debt. I have student loans from graduate school that I am responsible for so thought, in error, that they can't garnish my pay if it was not my debt. In the hearing I was ordered to pay {$500.00} a month.
I became XXXX in XXXX of XXXX and contacted the XXXX XXXX XXXX at least 10 times to make lower payments. I spoke with a paralegal by the name of XXXX, I contacted XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX and finally and Attorney at XXXX named XXXX, none of whom addressed the issue of confirming the debt nor returned my call with any resolution, nor accepted lower payment arrangement request.
XX/XX/XXXX my bank account was levied for {$11000.00} ( which was money from my XXXX claim ) and again I never received a call or notice at my home on XXXX XXXX, where I have lived for 19 years! I contacted XXXX XXXX of XXXX to report that XXXX XXXX was not responsive to my calls and request and that again they DID NOT NOTIFY OR CALL ME to inform me of any pending court action.
This is when I asked XXXX XXXX to verify the contact information that he had for me and to verify the debt. He proudly gave me XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, CA XXXX as the address where they served documents and he mentioned that the debt originated in XXXX. I informed him that I have never lived on XXXX XXXX and I had been at my current address for over 19 years and that I completed graduate school in the late XXXX 's and did not take any student loans after XXXX.
I believe that this loan was taken out by fraud in my name by someone living at the XXXX address or erroneously applied to me through administrative error.
I request that XXXX validate the debt and show original documents.

I received a letter via U.S. Mail which is attached. The letter states " Their client, XXXX XXXX '' has a Judgement against me and is offering to settle for {$960.00}.
I have never had an XXXX card and I don't believe this is my debt. I am being told to send this money in by XX/XX/2018 or the deal will expire.
