On XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke to XXXX XXXX of Grogan Law Group of XXXX, NJ to set up a payment plan for my debt. She used a disrespectful tone, even after I had requested that I was fairly trying to pay what was owed and finding the best way possible. Her language was accusatory and demeaning. On XX/XX/XXXX when trying to make a payment, I spoke to a representative who frequently cut me off when I requested information and raised his voice in a demeaning manner. Before I could ask another question, he hung up as soon as the payment processed. In addition to this, I receive no receipts, only confirmation numbers. The initial summons was sent to an address that I was associated with but was not my legal residence. The debt that they were trying to collect was not associated with this address, therefore, I did not receive the summons and lost the lawsuit by default.

I am finding it impossible to stop wage garnishment. no one will help me. I get the run around when I call, and now I am being told that if I want to stop it, I am being told to call one number, then another, and then another, and now that I have to go to the courthouse.
