I 've continue to receive calls from a company called Eastbrook group who have threatened me stating they have sent police officers to deliver some documents in regards to check fraud claim. I received a phone call from XXXX XXXX who claims she is from the XXXX fraud processing department, requested for my current address information and if I did not respond the XXXX XXXX will issue a warrant to have me arrested. I do n't know what this debt is for, let alone I have not lived in California for two years.

A woman named XXXX XXXX called me stating there was a pending fraud case against me stemming from a deposit that had been red flagged as fraudulent. She did not state what organization she was affiliated with. When the call came through originally I did not answer it as it came up " anonymous '' on my caller ID.
I did not find out that she was with the Eastbrook Group LLC until I called the XXXX XXXX number she left in the very threatening sounding voicemail.

The Eastbrooke Group, llc has contacted me and used fraudulent tactics of jail and charges against my name and social security number to get my debit card information to collect on a debt at 10 years old. Everywhere I 've researched this is a scam. I 'm concerned that my identity will be compromised.
