Hi I am a XXXX XXXX person I get a check of XXXX a month I am fully aware I got a personal loan out for medication and I am having trouble paying it back on XXXX/XXXX/2016 I got a letter stating " '' LEGAL ACTION NOTICE '' YOUR ACCOUNT HAS STILL BEEN UNPAID! you signed a legal binding contract on a loan that you made with AAA LOANS AND TAX SERVICE. you have received the money and to this date, you have failed to pay. You are past due XXXX. IT IS OUR RIGHT TO FILE A LEGAL LAWSUIT AGAINST YOU. YOU WILL BE SUMMONED TO APPEAR IN COURT AND WILL BE ACCESSED ADDITIONAL COURT AND FILLING FEES. you must make a payment or call the office with en 5 days of receiving the letter to avoid legal action.. call our office to work together on bringing it up to date or LEGAL ACTION WILL BE THE NEXT STEP.
