ON OR ABOUT XXXX 2017, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SOMEONE, WHO DID NOT GIVE ME THE CORRECT NAME, THAT WAS ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT FROM ME, XXXX XXXX, I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM TEXCAP BACK IN XXXX 2017, FROM XXXX TO XXXX I HAVE NOT MISSED ANY PAYMENTS, I DID SOME RESEARCH ON TEXCAP, AND FOUND OUT THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH THE STATE OF TEXAS, TO PRACTICE FINANCE AUTOMOBILES, THIS INFORMATION I GOT WAS THROUGH THE SEC OF STATE OF TEXAS, TX IS WHERE I LIVE AND WHERE TEXCAP IS PRACTICING BUSINESS, AND THEIR BUSINESS LOCATION, ON XXXX XXXX, A DEBT COLLECTOR CONTACTED ME, BECAUSE I MAILED IN A CASHIERS CHECK TO TEXCAP FOR MY XXXX PAYMENT OF {$670.00} ALONG WITH MY LETTER OF ALL RIGHTS RESERVED NOTICE, ASKING THEM TO PROVE THE DEBT? THAT IS WHEN THE DEBT COLLECTOR CALLED ME, VERY ANGRY AND DISRESPECTFUL, ON A RECORDED CALL FROM MY END, THAT I HAVE INSTALLED ON MY LINE, TELLING ME, HE DO NOT HAVE TO VALIDATE THE DEBT, HE IS CHARGING ME AT ALL, HE SAID IT OVER AND OVER THAT TEXCAP DO NOT HAVE TO PROVE, THE DEBT, AND SINCE I SENT TO THEM A NOTICE THAT WAS NOTARIZED ALONG WITH MY PAYMENT, TO LET TEXCAP KNOW, UNLESS THEY SEND PROOF OF THE VALIDATION OF THE DEBT, THE PAYMENT BEING MADE IS FINAL, I PUT ON THE MEMO OF THE CASHIERS CHECK " CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE '' MEANING THAT IS FINAL PAYMENT IF ACCEPTED. I MAILED IT BY US POSTAL CERTIFIED ALONG WITH MY " NOTICE '', NOW TEXCAP AFTER REFUSING TO PROVIDE PROOF OF THE DEBT, THEY ARE HARASSING ME WITH PHONE CALLS AND MAILING BILLS TO ME, AND THEY THREATENED TO TAKE MY TRUCK, EVEN THOUGH, I HAVE ASKED THEM IN WRITING TO VALIDATE THE DEBT, AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO COOPERATE ON PURPOSE BECAUSE THEY ARE COMMITTING FRAUD, I AM SENDING IN PROOF OF THE EVERYTHING, THAT I HAVE DONE TO NOTIFY THEM, AS WELL OF THE BILLS THEY ARE CONTINUING TO MAIL TO ME AFTER BEING ASKED TO DISCONTINUE NOTIFYING ME UNTIL THEY PROVIDE THEIR PROOF OF VALIDATION OF DEBT.

My former Lender " TexCap Financial '' sold my account to " XXXX XXXX ''. They sent me a packet to switch over the lien holder to XXXX XXXX and that i would be making my car payments to them because they now have my account.
I have been receiving countless phone calls saying that I am almost a year behind on my payments to TexCap Financial. I explained to the customer service rep that XXXX has my account and I have not received anything saying that the account was switched back to TexCap.
TexCap is saying that they have escalated my account for repossession unless i pay the past due amount.

I have an auto loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. It is set up for autopay. My XXXX payment was supposed to be deducted from my checking XXXX This did not happen and when I tried to contact the company all numbers are not in service. XX/XX/ I received an email from XXXX XXXX XXXX informing me that my loan is past due. I tried responding to the email but my message was returned as undelivered/unable to deliver. I then checked XXXX XXXX and my auto loan is showing a XXXX balance when I still have a little over 2 years remaining on the loan.

Caller says they are with TexCap Financial and they need my birth date to confirm my account. I tell them that I am not divulging personal information to someone I do not know or have any business dealings with. The person says that the calls will continue until I share my birth date. I do not have any auto loans outstanding and the only loan I have is my mortgage.
I am called twice every day and I am told until I release my birth date the calls will continue. This is harassment for personal information.

Account opened with TexCap Financial , LLC on XXXX XXXX XXXX, and credit loan never applied to my report. Called them in XX/XX/XXXX, they assured me at the end of XX/XX/XXXX it would be sent to major credit bureaus. We are now at the end of XX/XX/XXXX and still nothing reported. Called XX/XX/XXXX and they said it was reported at the end of XXXX, which it is not. Please help resolve this issue.
